KCC are to blame for increase in Fly Tipping

Kent County Council have put in stringent rules about who uses the Refuse Tip even down to the size of a Trailer for a private Vehicle. The staff at the Tip in Milton are lazy and rude, so after a walk around Minching Woods Milstead yesterday I saw the results of their dogmatic approach. Where ever you go you see Fly Tipping the cost of clearance must be horrendous, surely it is cheaper to allow more people to use the Tip. I expect bureaucrats do not need to worry about that as it is not their money
