Canadian point of veiw

This commentator gets it right and scores a 10 out of 10!

DON CHERRY of 'Hockey Night' in Canada , was asked on a local live radio talk show, just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists.

His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.

HIS STATEMENT: "If hooking up one rag-head terrorist prisoner's testicles to a car battery to get the truth out of the lying little camel-shagger will save just one Canadian life, then I have only three things to say:

1. Red is positive. 2. Black is negative. 3. Make sure his nuts are wet!"

Is Cameron betraying the British People

Please read this excellent article. Rather then an enquiry get CPS to take action against individuals on a criminal Basis

This torture inquiry adds insult to injury
By Richard Littlejohn

The most heart-warming image of the week was the picture of Davinia Douglass, horribly burned in the 2005 London transport bombings, now restored to radiant beauty.

In the aftermath of the attacks, Mrs Douglass was photographed running barefoot from Edgware Road underground station clutching a gauze mask to her face.

It was a haunting symbol of the carnage wreaked by the bombers, who killed 52 people and injured hundreds of others.

Five years on, after extensive cosmetic surgery and therapy, she has near-perfect skin.

It is a tribute not just to the dedicated medical team at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital, but also to her own indomitable spirit.

Mrs Douglass even has the confidence to travel by Tube again on her daily journey to work, epitomising the wider determination of the British people not to be cowed by terrorism.

So it is unfortunate, to say the least, that the Prime Minister chose the anniversary of the bombings to undermine the work of security services straining every sinew to keep our country safe.

David Cameron announced a fresh inquiry into allegations that British intelligence officers were complicit in the torture of Al Qaeda suspects. He cleared the path for multi-million-pound compensation claims from a dozen former detainees.

All maintain they were mistreated while under interrogation in Guantanamo Bay and other overseas jails in Pakistan and Morocco.

In which case, their lawyers should be seeking compensation from those countries where the torture is alleged to have taken place. We owe them nothing.

Let them take their claims to the courts in Washington, or Islamabad, and see how
It has been stressed repeatedly that no British agent has been involved directly in torture, but knew it was happening and acted on information obtained under duress.

What are they supposed to do? If MI 5 are informed by Pakistani intelligence of a plot to blow up a shopping centre in Manchester, they would be irresponsible in the extreme if they didn't investigate and do everything in their power to prevent it.

More from Richard Littlejohn... RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Remake The Sweeney? Don't do it, Guv'nor, it's not worth it 05/07/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: No offence, but what an ugly bunch of coconuts! 01/07/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Black magic, online poker - just another slow day at the Town Hall 29/06/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Three Lions? More like the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz 27/06/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: If Britain's broke, how can so many people afford a new iPhone? 24/06/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: It's Chris Huhne's hypocrisy and lies that matter - not his sex life 21/06/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Have you seen this man? Gordon Brown does a disappearing act... 17/06/10 RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: I've heard of living in a box. But living in a wheelie bin is plain daft 15/06/10 VIEW FULL ARCHIVE No, I'm not condoning torture, but it would be naive to pretend that it doesn't exist in less scrupulous parts of the world. We can't discount vital intelligence simply because it hasn't been gleaned under the Queensberry Rules.

This typifies our schizophrenic approach to fighting terrorism. On one hand, we pass draconian new laws and send troops to war in Afghanistan. On the other, we bend over backwards to give succour to our enemies. Only a couple of these men can be described as 'British' by any stretch of the imagination.

They are mostly foreign nationals, granted permission to live in Britain, who voluntarily chose to move abroad.

There seems to be convincing evidence of their involvement in terrorist activity. They were arrested variously in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Africa - on the battlefield, in Al Qaeda training camps and safe houses, or trying to board planes with fake documents. So why is our Government so desperate to embrace them? Why should British taxpayers provide them with Legal Aid, lavish benefits and foot the bill for millions of pounds in compensation?

Then there's the question of the European Human Rights act, which Cameron refuses to repeal in case it upsets the Lib Dems. So we will continue to give sanctuary to those who wish us harm and are wanted abroad for acts of terrorism.

Yesterday, this pernicious piece of legislation allowed Captain hook and another alleged Al Qaeda operative a further delay of extradition to the U.S.

The ruling came on the same day an American court heard that the men behind a plot to blow up the New York subway were also planning fresh attacks in London.

It is said that Cameron hopes the new inquiry will shame Tony Blair and Gordon Brown and embarrass David Miliband. He's wasting his time trying to score points. Blair and Brown are beyond shame, and Miliband is perfectly capable of embarrassing himself.

This is a monumental waste of time and money, which can only demoralise the security services and hand another propaganda coup to the terrorists.

The idea that British taxpayers must pay millions of pounds in compensation to comrades-in-arms of the fanatics responsible for the terrorist outrage on 7/7 is nauseating and an affront to justice.

I wonder how Mrs Douglass and the victims' families feel about this grotesque act of appeasement. It adds gross insult to their grievous injuries.

Judges definition of a Homosexual

I am often accused of being Homophobic because I question the fact that homosexuals have more rights then Hetrosexual if that makes me Homophobic so be it

I have often asked how do illigal immigrants who claim to be Homosexual so they can stay in this country prove it well a Judge has given us the answer:

No Compensation for Terrorists

Britain's dirty torture secrets to be laid bare: Huge payouts for victims as PM orders inquiry into security services

These were the headlines in the National Newspapers; in a time of economic melt down when taxpayers of the UK will have to suffer greatly, our coalition Government want to spend millions of pounds on an enquiry into our Secret Service are they mad? What will it achieve NOTHING for her Majesties British Subject but plenty for the Terrorists who will get millions in compensation which will be fed back to kill even more innocent people plus give them a massive amount of Publicity, has this government forgotten what they do to their prisoners i.e. cut their heads of with a knife. David Cameron and his Government will claim some sort of Moral high ground so these Millions of pounds will be paid to improve their image and of course let’s not forget the Lawyers who will pocket millions.
How can they prove anything the Secret Service by definition is a secret organisation? Are we honestly to believe there are going to be independent witnesses who will turn up and say “Yes M Lud I happen to be in this prison cell and saw this poor Muslim being tortured by being made to eat pork”. It will be the word of the Terrorists against the word of everyone else and I know who I will believe. Are we honestly expected to believe that the Americans just picked these people at random NO they were all arrested for a reason and why should we pay out for any terrorists it was the Yanks who arrested them and imprisoned them. This exercise is to appease the liberal left Guardian readers who exercise too much power in this country. I never thought a Conservative Prime Minister would bow down to these sort of people its about time our Government supported our secret service, I hope my local MP Gordon Henderson does not support this milk sop.

Could this happen?

Could this happen? Does it matter if it does?

Gordon has a point

GORDON HENDERSON MP

PRESS RELEASE

Dated 5th July 2010
Subject: Gordon hits out at “bullying” bosses

LOCAL MP. Gordon Henderson, has hit out at what he calls “bullying tactics” on behalf of the employer of local people who educate prisoners at the Sheppey Prison Cluster.

Mr Henderson has been so appalled by the tactics used by The Manchester College (TMC) that he has tabled an Early Day Motion (EDM) in Parliament condemning TMC for trying to impose new contracts on staff which will see some offender educators lose thousands of pounds.

The EDM reads:

“That this House is dismayed at the actions of The Manchester College(TMC) in its dealings with staff working for the Offender Learning Directorate; notes that TMC is forcing long serving staff who teach in prisons to accept a reduction in salary of up to £7,500 per year, despite having assured them in a letter dated 9th April 2010 that no-one would lose any pay as a result of the proposed changes to their contracts; regrets that TMC has de-recognised the University and College Union (UCU); is concerned that the education of prisoners could be affected by any escalation in the dispute and urges TMC to agree to immediate talks with UCU in an effort to bring this dispute to a satisfactory conclusion.”

Mr Henderson said:

“This action by The Manchester College is quite reprehensible and such bullying tactics cannot be allowed to succeed.

“I am really concerned that this dispute will escalate causing disruption in our local prisons. I urge The Manchester College to sit down with UCU and negotiate a sensible solution to this problem.”

UNIversity Play

Dear Editor
My letter regarding Universities only attracted one reply that in its self was surprising maybe more people agree with me then I thought. As expected we did get one back from the Labour party through Ashley Wise, I am no going to go through his letter but one thing did stick in my craw is his attack on when he finalised with “ As for Martin Clarke’s attacks on student lifestyles, please stop being stereotypical” Ashley Wise as a Young Labour member seems to condone the frivolous side of Student lifestyle.
Let me say that over the last 40 years of Teaching Judo, Sombo and Martial Arts I have taught countless University graduates and even some University Lectures and Professors when they were student, Yes some of them had to work very hard at their studies, plus earning money through their Holiday to continue their stay at University. Originally the long Summer Holiday were developed so Farmers Sons could return to the farm to help with the harvest and some students use the same principle to finance their education, they know that spending 3 to5 years working hard will pay dividends in later life.
This I am afraid in my opinion is not the norm any more it seems to me that the pursuit of pleasure by University students is more important then academic success and some of the low standard course on offer add to that. I wrote an article similar to this some years ago only to be told by a parent,” great deal of University is about having a good time and having Gap years that’s part of their education”. When I said what about the Kids who can not get a job or those on low wages, where do they get their loans for good time and Gap years, the reply was “those who have a brain should be rewarded because they will the wealth creators and future government leaders” that sort of answer you would expect from a toffee nosed Tory but no it came from a Tony Blair supporter.
All previous government have done is produced a class of University Snobs who believe they are superior to those who did not attend University it has convinced parents if their child does not make university they are a failure, what it used to produce was an Academic Elite. Equality under Labour was a joke

Local MP supports youngsters

Local MP, Gordon Henderson, is pressing the new coalition government to not forget the needs of local manufacturers when allocating funds for the extra apprenticeship places it has promised.

The Government has pledged £775 million to fund 50,000 new apprenticeship places, focussed on small and medium enterprises. This is part of an intiative to get Britain working again by finding ways to support the creation of apprenticeships, internships, work pairings, and college and workplace training places.

Whilst welcoming the announcement, Mr Henderson urged ministers to consider fully funding NVQ Level 3 apprentices to ensure that enough skilled technicians and craftsmen are available once the economy picks up.

In a speech he is to make to Parliament, Mr Henderson said: “I very much hope that some of the money promised for apprenticeships will be set aside to help companies train more apprentices to NVQ Level 3. And boy do they need help!

“One of the problems is that currently employers can recoup only the training costs associated with apprentices and not the salaries of their unskilled new recruits. In the current economic climate many manufacturing simply companies cannot afford to take on apprentices, particularly at the higher level. We need to start thinking ahead. We need to help those companies get through the difficult times by subsiding the salaries of higher level apprentices.
“In my own constituency of Sittingbourne and Sheppey we have the only steel works in the South of England. Thamesteel has excellent training facilities and turns out highly skilled technicians. But like many other manufacturing companies it is suffering from the economic downturn and can no longer afford to take on as many apprentices as it would like, even though they will need skilled technicians once the economic situation improves.
“Now it is a sad fact that many of those who reach an NVQ Level 2 are not able to find employment, nor can they get onto an NVQ Level 3 course. However, the experience of Thamesteel is that all their NVQ Level 3 graduates find permanent employment, because they are highly sought after by other local companies who recognise the quality of their training.
“But that training is at risk because of the lack of proper funding. In Germany there is a comparable steel works to Thamesteel which operates an apprentice scheme fully funded by the state, including salaries.
“That steel plant trains up to three times more engineering apprentices than they actually require. On completion of their apprenticeship those fully qualified technicians and craftsmen are snapped up by other local small and medium sized businesses which do not have their own training facilities.
“Is it any wonder that Germany is the industrial power house of Europe? If we are really serious about building a high skilled economy in our country wouldn’t investing in NVQ Level 3 apprentices, in the same way that the Germans do, be a way of achieving that goal?”

Mothers

Motherhood
No 1
Friday 1pm Sittingbourne High Street

Mother aged between 16 and 19, with child of approx 3 years
The Mother was dressed high heels, short skirt, made up as though going to night club, these are quite common in the High Streets of GB even seen alone or accompanied by spotty youth wearing shirt around waist sporting several Tattoos.

Child:” I want an ice cream”, starts to cry
Mother: Smack child round face “I told you aint getting no f**king ice cream, where do you think I get the f**king money from you little b**ard “hits the child again then throws empty alcohol pop bottle away.

A Mother chastising her son in the Garden

Mother: “I told you to pick those f**king toys up”
Son: “B**locks”
Mother: “Don’t you f**cking swear at me you little b**ard”

Mother and Son about 13, in Sainsbury’s Headcorn a rather select village/town, mother a rather fat women in her mid 30’s wearing skimpy clothing which would look nice on a Girl half her age and 2/3 her size

Son: “We will be late for the England game”
Mum: “F**k the football you little pr**k”
Son: “But mum you promised”
Mum “Shut your face for I kick you up the a*se, you and your f**king father think I am some sort of c**t.

Hopefully these are not typical examples of modern day motherhood

I am old fashioned and believe when in the presence of women and children you do not use foul language but that is now a thing of the past and is why I very rarely go in a pub any more with wife. Some years ago I was in Scotland and entered what I call a mans pub, as soon as my wife entered the Landlord shouted Lady in Bar and the swearing ceased. It seems the women are as bad as the men for swearing, drinking pints and bragging about their sexual exploits. My last visit to a Pub nearly ended in an altercation when I asked 4 men to moderate their language they took this as an affront to their freedom of speech and carried on till I explained that I had the right to protect my wife from such filth and gestured they may want to desist which they did. My wife an ex landlady said she had heard worse but that was not the point. So I now find it difficult to go any where without hearing swearing.
It has now crept into FaceBook any one using bad language on my face book I delete as again people must have a very low vocabulary to actual right a swear word, mind you the rate I am going I doubt whether I will have any friends on Face Book it seems twitter is better

Was it One Finger or Two Fingers

One Finger Salute sent to me by an American Friend

I never knew this before, and now that I know it, I feel compelled to send it on to my more intelligent friends in the hope that they, too, will feel edified. Isn't history more fun when you know something about it?
Before the Battle of Agincourt in 1415, the French, anticipating victory over the English, proposed to cut off the middle finger of all captured English soldiers. Without the middle finger it would be impossible to draw the renowned English longbow and therefore they would be incapable of fighting in the future. This famous English longbow was made of the native English Yew tree, and the act of drawing the longbow was known as 'plucking the yew' (or 'pluck yew').
Much to the bewilderment of the French, the English won a major upset and began mocking the French by waving their middle fingers at the defeated French, saying, See, we can still pluck yew! Since 'pluck yew' is rather difficult to say, the difficult consonant cluster at the beginning has gradually changed to a labiodentals fricative F', and thus the words often used in conjunction with the one-finger-salute! It is also because of the pheasant feathers on the arrows used with the longbow that the symbolic gesture is known as 'giving the bird.'

IT IS STILL AN APPROPRIATE SALUTE TO THE FRENCH TODAY!

Somali Gangsters

Somalia Gangsters
A friend of mine an ex Paratrooper related a story to me the other day which I think is quite shocking.
He has a grown up daughter, the mother went on to have another relationship and had more children. Her Son got involved with some Somali Gangsters sorry refugees and would be their delivery boy for their drug trade. His mother found out about this and had enough influence over the boy to make him stop, he went back to the Somali’s and was told if would not deliver drugs he would have to patrol the Tower Block they all lived in as a guard and was given a gun to do the job. They boy refused and was told that they the Somali’s owned him, he went and told his older brother who took him straight to the Police.

Police Advice:

This brilliant piece of advice was given by the Police, he was told to move as far away as possible not only him but the whole of his family which they have all done including my friends daughter.

Is this story true I do not know but I have no reason to doubt my friend but it I backed by the amount of reports about the criminal activities of the Somalis’. So do the Met Police do anything about these Somali’s who are in this country under sufferance NO, does the government who will not help British Subjects who are being held hostage by Somali Pirates and are allowing these thugs to live in our country do anything NO.

The Budget

The Budget
I expect like most people the Budget is still a bit of a mystery but there are a couple of points which I would like to make:
1) The current problem was made by the last Labour government and its ineptitude over the last 13 years. So it is rather galling when Labour criticise and appear on Political Programmes
2) 20% is the right way to go but I get fed up with Labour Politicians and their lackeys in the press saying will hurt the poorest families. Surely the poorest in our society who have become poorer under Labour, first requirements are Food (No Vat), Children’s Clothing (No VAT) and a roof over their heads, the rent being paid for by their local Council. So instead of changing to a new Flat Screen TV they will have to make do with the old one. Some say it will make us more frugal and not spend so much but in reality it will make no difference, when the government dropped VAT to 15% it had no effect and nor will the extra 2.5%. For example a £500 TV now you will pay £87.50p VAT at in January you will pay £100 VAT an extra £12.50p you honestly going to tell me that will stop you buying the item?
3) Why have any Child Benefit! If you have children that is your decision so why should the TAX Payer help and if you got pregnant by accident why should the Tax Payer pay for your mistakes
4) They say we have Millions unemployed, so why has the government not done anything to remove the Million of Legal and illegal Foreign workers? Is it because British Companies and their share holders are making millions out of this low paid scab work force at the expense of the British Workers

Mail article on Bloody Sunday

A Saville scapegoat, and it was never going to be McGuinness
I think Ted Heath’s government should have fallen immediately after Bloody Sunday. It was their fault, and if – as I believe – Londonderry is a British city, such a major miscalculation and blunder should have brought them down.

Imagine if the killings had happened in, say, Portsmouth.
The resignation of Mr Heath would have been an apology worth having – as well as perhaps sparing us several other horrors of that nasty Cabinet, which took us into the EU, massacred scores of good grammar schools and destroyed traditional local government.
So, for me, the Saville inquiry comes a long time too late, and is too hard on the Army, especially Lt Col Derek Wilford, who has been unfairly treated because of the need for a scapegoat.
But there is one good outcome. We can now quote Lord Saville’s report as confirmation that the sinister and unrepentant Martin McGuinness was ‘adjutant of the Derry Brigade’ of the Provisional IRA.

In other words, the man shamefully elevated into ministerial office by that modern-day Munich deal, the Good Friday Agreement, was the senior godfather of a criminal murder gang.
We are also told: ‘He [McGuinness] was probably armed with a Thompson sub-machine gun, and though it is possible that he fired this weapon, there is insufficient evidence to make any finding on this.’
Well, I think it interesting that Martin McGuinness is given the benefit of the doubt

Labour's Legacy

Labour's legacy to Britain

Labour left us with no money - only waste and debt:

- They left every man, woman and child owing £22,400
- They gave us one of the worst budget deficits in Europe
- They left 2.47 million people out of work
- And they sold off Britain's gold at a 20-year low in the market.

Unless we act now to deal with this crisis, interest payments in five years' time could end up being higher than the amount we spend on schools, climate change and transport.

That's why we have to do something about it. The cuts that are coming are Labour's cuts.

Bloody Sunday

Bloody Sunday
The Bloody Sunday Report has now finished a report that cost Millions of pounds 50% going to make lawyers very rich, one must ask the question this money could have been spent on Schools and Hospitals. The outcome was a for gone conclusion the only people to blame were the Paratroopers Why because this was a Milk Sop to the IRA so they would stop murdering innocent people and agree to the Good Friday agreement. Some may say the price was worth paying.
All those killed were innocent demonstrators the report tells us and we have to accept that but certain questions will need to be answered and hopefully over the coming weeks as the full report is digested in details they will be. Questions I would like to know
1) How come a well trained unit like 1 Para went berserk or did they?
2) Was Martin Guinness seen with a sub Machine Gun and what role did he play in Bloody Sunday?
3) Why has there never been an enquiry of such detail on atrocities committed by the IRA such as Warren Point?
4) Were rocks and bottles thrown by the demonstrators?
It has been reported that Para’s can not be tried for murder as they have immunity when attending the hearing but they can be charged with perjury if that is the case will all demonstrators who lied on oath be charged with perjury? Already one of the soldiers solicitors have said that his client shot the bullet that killed a protester as they have the bullet, yet the bullet passed through other objects before hitting the man. So did the Soldier intend to kill?
Many IRA murderers have been released from prison because of the Good Friday Agreement, the IRA and their Catholic supporters have won the Battle of violence, murder and intimidation mainly due to the surrender by the Blair Government so now is the time to put it all behind us and bury the past. Northern Ireland has returned to normality let it stay there

I am a F**K because I am against swearing

It's funny how people get upset about the strangest of things an item appeared on my facebook using the word F**K I do not like this type of language so I replied

Martin Clarke Great Film love the big throws and exciting explosive sport but still not happy about headbutts, kick to groin and ground and pound

Saturday at 08:30 · .Grahm Governor That headbutt was fucking sweet!

Martin Clarke Grahm Governor will be removing you from my facebook I see no need to use bad language

Yesterday at 08:43 · .Ken Pfrenger Well it was fucking sweet.

Yesterday at 11:38.Martin Clarke Obviously we have different attitudes on good manners Goodbye

Yesterday at 12:25 · .Ken Pfrenger I take it all in context...there are times where a person saying fuck is just spot on...like..."That headbutt was fucking sweet!". I don't find that offensive at all but when I read a blog like yours where gay people are referred to as "homo's"...well I find that offensive. And mind you I am not even all that sympathetic.

Expressive language compared to calling people homo's...well you do the math.
13 hours ago.Christopher Amendola Pompous much?

2 hours ago.Ken Pfrenger LOL!

2 hours ago.SamboMan Josh I have just logged on I can not see what you getting upset about either of you

Stephen Koepfer That video was fucking sweet!

I relpiede basicaly saying that I saw no need to use the F88K word and I did use the word Homo and i objected to the slang word Gay as it is an old English word meaning Frivolous, happy. out going his reply

Ken PfrengerJune 15, 2010 at 6:33pm
Re: Homosexualls
You could not leave a reply because you unfriended me. Have you not read your own blog? In the first couple of pages the word homo comes up in three blog post titles.

Now don't get me wrong, I am not a huge gay rights supporter. I think they should be treated just like everyone else but I just find it ironic that the 'f' word is offensive to you yet you feel ok using the word homo which is a known derogatory slag term just as Fag is used here in the USA. I guess that if you feel homo is not a slur then that is another thing but that is not common usage and you know it is not.

Yes he was right I had used the word Homo but in the title of the article the headings being copied from Newspaper articles, because I am critical of minority groups who get preferable treatment over others I listed as homophobic, Anti women or racist. Yet one tittled "Prison for Homo's" I said it was disgusting that two guys were put in prison for 14 years just because they were homosexual So I am dammed if I do and dammed if I don't

I do not think it would look very good if a head of organisation goes around writing letters using bad language

Scotland loath the English

I have no interest in Football and it escapes me that it is called the beautiful game but what I can not understand he the attitude of some Scotsman when it comes to the English . In Scotland they selling T shirts with "I support Scotland and any one else but England" plus many other such slogans, even Scotsman who live locally including my son in law loath the English Football Team. Is it because the Scottish very rarely qualify and the Scots feel sub standard I do not know, yet in Afghanistan Scots , English, Welsh and Irish fight and die together, our troops have done this for centuries. Some say its just the social outcasts who are like this but can you remember Andy Murray's outburst. My Friends in the Martial Arts World do not have the same narrow view so why the rest

Our Troops

This Saturday saw the Annual “Trooping of the Colour” I do love the Pageantry only the British can do properly, this year they also showed the Grenadier Guards in Action in Afghanistan. I feel a great sense of pride in these young men and women who are prepared to give the ultimate sacrifice “Their life for the benefit of others”
I never wanted to join the forces I but have known and taught lots of Armed forces Personnel and do feel some regret that there was not Conscription when I was 18 years old, I would have done my 2 years and most probably enjoyed it. Yet I was dismayed the other day while talking to a neighbour where he told me of a situation where a serviceman just back from Afghanistan decide he wanted to buy a house in Sittingbourne and settle his family only to be told his two children of Secondary school age could not be accommodated in any of our schools in the area. Now if that is true that is an absolute disgrace considering some of our schools have taken on Afghan refugees, immigrants children many who can not even speak the language, yet when one of our own wants access NO JOY, here are men and women who put their lives on the line for their country so surely they should be treated as exceptional cases but then again the Left wing Guardian readers would not like that

Cuts in Uni

Whinging Students
The Government have said that the cost of Universities has to be cut and I quite agree hear are some ideas
!) Lecturers earn their money by taking more lectures, this way we can cut back on lecturers
2) Cut back on research, this is a luxury the Public can only afford when times are prosperous, get the private sector to fund this
3) Shortened the Holidays Christmas 1 week, Easter 1 week, Summer 3 weeks, that’s about what the rest of us get and you would be able to cut the courses down by at least a year. Government save money and the students do not spend so much.

Pubs and Clubs in University Towns are booming yet Students have no money? Students have no money but manage to go on a Gap year?

With 45% of youngsters going to University, there is over kill many can not get jobs after they graduate, many courses are not worth the paper they are written on are invented to so more Tutors get jobs and various governments can say how marvellous they are, What this country needs is tradesman Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians etc then maybe we can get rid of all this foreign labour which has added to our crisis. Or do the middle classes think letting their children go into trade is demeaning

Hard Times Ahead

Hard times ahead
Because of Labour mismanagement the UK is heading for hard times and our new coalition government have told us we the public can put our suggestions forward.
With riots in Spain, Greece and the TUC predicting the same will happen in the UK when the Public Sector pay cuts hits there will be trouble ahead, interestingly enough when all the foreign labour were taking Englishman’s jobs the TUC were very silent .
Has anyone thought of curbing the extravagances of the European Union, we in GB contribute £40 million a day to this corrupt organisation, the obvious answer is to leave but that will not happen as too many politicians have their finger in the pie. One answer is to trim their Civil Service by say 30% this would save us £12 million a day another idea is to send all the foreign cheap labour working on the Olympics back home, I recently read that 70% of the Labour on this project was foreign. Give there jobs to Englishman who would no longer claim the Dole and would pay tax on their earnings.
Finally on a Local level why did Morrison’s bring 200 foreign workers from the North down to the new Ware House those jobs should have gone to local workers and one final point when the company who bought the old Mill site apply for housing permission the Council should only agree if they employ English workers and a penalty clause should be included to make sure they do.
I hope our New MP Gordon Henderson can put these ideas forward to the PM

Clarke Family visit Turkey

Holiday in Turkey

I organised a holiday in Kalkan Turkey for myself and Valerie plus 5 grandchildren, John, Vicky, Susan and Anthony. In January 2010 I was 60 and we celebrated our 40th wedding so I thought I would splash out and make this a memorable year. A five bedroom Villa was hired which had a swimming pool, marvellous view plus much more it was not cheap but worth every penny and I could recommend it to anyone. Why not have a look on the internet at http://www.kalamardream.com/index.html

Kalkan is a small Mediterranean resort known as the Beverley Hills of the Turquoise Coast. Cobbled streets wind down to the small harbour where visiting yachts lie at anchor and gullets line up to take visitors out to Snake or Mouse islands which appear to float on the crystal clear water. Kalkan is a small town with a cosy intimate feel about it, the visitors return year after year, and many have purchased properties and built new lives there, enjoying at least 300 days of sunshine and far away from the pressure of the outside world

The family had a great time the weather was great, food was great, the sea was like a tepid bath and the people were the most friendly you could meet. The whole place was clean beyond belief every toilet was tiled top to bottom and regularly cleaned, it is a hilly area and having my new hip only 10 weeks ago I am not back to the fitness I would like to be, so puffing, panting and sweating was order of the day.
Turkey is no longer cheap prices have risen dramatically since I was there last June. The roads and the driving leave a lot to be desired and the fact the airport was a two hours drive gave a lot of comments from the kids “We nearly there” but the beauty of the whole coast line made up for this.
Scooters seem to be the main mode of transport it is nothing to see a whole family on one scooter, Mum, Dad and two children, plus who needs a truck to transport good when you have a scooter.

Turkey is well worth a visit, the only thing that puts me of returning is the journey!

Why? well I live with in an hour of Gatwick we are told we now have to arrive three hours in advance, three hours in a place with extortionate prices, then on aeroplane with seats so small my knees touch the seat in front and my shoulders wider then the seat, four more hours of frustration, then two more hours going through Dalaman airport, then a further two hours car drive, A 12 hour journey and you arrive in the foulest of moods not a good way to start a holiday. On our return we spent over an hour checking in, why they do not allocate seats and tickets in advance is beyond me then all you need to do is go to Bag drop of point to off load your suit cases. Dalaman air port is even more expensive you are no longer allowed to bring bottled water in so you are forced to buy water at £2.50p a bottle, small beer is £7 and a snickers bar is £3.50p, Dalaman airport is a total rip off. Yet I endured all of that and still had a good holiday

RAPE AT 10?

Two 10 year colds are convicted of raping an 8 years. I find it hard to believe that a 10 year old is capable of this but I am not surprised as Society is obsessed with sex, from advertising, films, Internet. educating children as young as 5 and 6 in sex acts. Our Country has the worst u16 teenage pregnancies in the Western World and do we condemn them NO we make excuses for them and what do the great and good tell us "There is not enough Sex Education" yet statistically more the more sex education we give the more teenage pregnancies, no matter how many free condoms we give out.

Traditional Programmes on radio and TV would portray moral values not any more money and sexual gratification of Producers is the name of the game. Take the Archers "a story of Country Folk" teenage children just turn up at their parents house and hop into bed together, a 17 year old is going with a 29 year old the parents do not agree with the relationship but they know she started sleeping with him within a Fee weeks of meeting. Now I am 60 so obviously am well out of date with everything can some one tell me this is the way all youngsters behave because I never allowed my children to sleep together until they were married in my house. Finally at least they are doing something that is natural but one 30 year old in the programme is have Artificial Insemination because she WANTS a child but does not want the burden of having a man I wonder if she thought of the rights of the unborn child to be born the way God intended

Prison fo Homo's?

Most of you know I am contiually writing about how Homosexuals get preferential Treatment over Hetrosexual males with Positive Discrimination. I do not agree with Homosexuals getting maried (Civil Partnership is not marriage), I do not agree with Homosexuals adopting, I do not like the word Gay being used for the sexual practice and i still think Homosexuallity is abnormal and should be taught in school that it is abnormal. Because like everyone who challenges the Homosexual life style I therefore must be Homophobic and peopel like DR think because of this I am a closet Homo.

Yet after all this I can not see why in Malawi 2 homosexuals were jailed for 14 years because of their sexual orinantation, why should a person be imprisoned for sleeping with someone of their choice? I have listed my complaints against the homosexual Society but can not see no point in making Homosexuallty illegal what purpose would it serve it certainly would not stop people being Homosexual and do the Malawians believe that the practise will stop in Prison I do not think so

Immigrant Sex

What are your opinions of this Joke sent to me by a Sambo friend in USA

Sex With an Illegal Immigrant -

An illegal immigrant picks up a hooker. "Hey, how much you charge for da hour, sister?" he asks.

"$100," she replies.
In broken English, he says, "Do you do immigrant style?"
"No" she says.

"I pay you $200 to do immigrant style."

"No," she says, not knowing what immigrant style is.

"I pay you $300."

"No," she says.

"I pay you $400."

"No," she says.

So finally he says, "OK, I pay $1,000 to do immigrant style."

She thinks, "Well, I've been in the game for over 10 years now. I've had every kind of request from weirdoes from every part of the world. How bad could immigrant style be?"

So she agrees and has sex with him. Finally, after several hours, they finish. Exhausted, the hooker turns to him and says, "Hey, I was expecting something perverted and disgusting. But that was good. So, what exactly is immigrant style?"

The illegal immigrant replies, "You send bill to Government."

AND THAT MY FRIENDLY TAXPAYERS , IS EXACTLY HOW THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE SCREWING US!

A Riposte to England, My England

I had this poem sent to me by a total stranger just shows how many people read my Blog. Read my reply at the bottom

My Reply:-
Everyone's England ( A riposte to 'England, My England')

By David M Turner

Now England once was a country it's true,
But its name and its rulers came out of the blue
From Germany where the Angles were great.
They came to the help of a poor Roman state
Whose legions had gone back over the sea
To defend their own city in warm Italy.
King Arthur's great country was soon overrun
With Angles and Saxons who thought it was fun
To turn on the Celts who had no fighting band
And rename the country Angleland.
Then the Danes came to eat up a piece of the pie
So the Celts had to flee to the West or else die.
While Saxons and Danes were squabbling over
Romano-Britain's grass and sweet clover
A Bastard in France had his eye on the country
And slipped over the Channel with his Norman army.
The English beat off the Danes in the North
Then down to the South they quickly set forth.
But Harold their King took his eye off the battle.
The English were lost and enslaved as French cattle.
After some time - The Norman blood faded
Henry Tudor the Taffy and his army invaded.
Now England was Welsh and ruled by a Prick,
But the Welsh Prick's son could not do the trick.
He left a woman in charge of Olde England.
In her lifetime she tried to conduct the band,
But when the witch died it all turned to disaster.
Then it was the turn of a Scot to be Master!
King James the Sixth came hurrying south
With his strange ideas and a big foolish mouth.
When his heirs tried bring back the Catholic religion
Great Britain said no to dispute and division.
The only choice left was to invite the Dutch
And give Britain into King William's clutch.
Once again the top cock could not do the trick
So to Deutch Land they looked for another big prick!
So who are the English? The Celts or the Germans?
The Danes the Norwegians, the frenchified Normans?
Bastards the Italians knitted and purled,
Or slaves they brought from the old Roman World?
So just face the truth we're a bit of a mix,
A mongerel breed that needs the odd fix
Of new blood that comes from that strange place - abroad
From Ireland and Europe and Asia's great horde
And Africa's plains, from where we all come.
For under the skin we are all just the same.
If Britain is great this is why it is should be -
Here everyone has the right to be free.

Sir, I am a true labourer: I earn that I eat, get that I wear, owe no man hate,
envy no man's happiness, glad of other men's good, content with my harm

You may think England is the Land of the Free I do not we have massive ammounts of legislation forbidding to do things, we have laws that given priority to certains groups, we have laws which give English companies the power to employ foreign labour to the detrement of its own populace purely on adding more profit for comapny directors and share holders, we have countless laws that put on us by a foreign power i.e. EU you may think you are free but you are no more then a slave with a vote

LibDems and Human Rights

I recently wrote how marvellous it was to have a Coalition Government rather then have a Labour Government and lots of critics have said the whole thing would end in failure, well the doubters may be right!
Two issues have come to the fore in the last two days which Tories are getting upset about
1) Fox Hunting. The fox is a lovely looking creature but also is a vicious killer who will kill for the sake of killing I have seen the damage when I worked on a farm. I like many others thought it was a disgrace that under the last government more Parliamentary time was spent on Fox hunting then was spent on sending British Troops being sent to war and the same must be said this time round there are more pressing things this country needs then to worry about a fox. I am told there are more killed by shooting and other means then were killed by hunting, I personally do not care either way
2) European Human Rights Act: This is one that does concern me greatly and I would suggest a lot of other people as well, the latest release of Pakistani Terrorists because of this act is just one of a long run of evil people being released. Of course the greedy Human Rights Lawyers enjoy great riches defending these people who want to kill British Subjects and they continually use the excuse take them to court knowing full well for the security services to reveal all the information would jeopardise future investigation and people lives. The Judge who released them even said he was sure after seeing the evidence in private the Pakistanis were active members of a Islamic terrorist group and were a threat to GB but he had to release them because Pakistan supposedly allow torture. It seems the LibDems do not want the European Human Rights Act got rid of the Tories want a British Bill of Rights instead something they promised in the last election. The LibDems have said they will not support this and David Cameron has back tracked and agreed to their demands telling us that with a Coalition you do not always get what you want true but also the LibDems must recognise they are the minority party and very much so. At the moment it seems the tail is wagging the dog.
Can I suggest a compromise put contentious issues like this to a referendum, all we hear from Nick Clegg is complete shake up of the democratic system more accountability etc as long as it does not go against LibDems policy. I want this government to work but if fundamental issues like this are to be given up every time the LibDems have a Paddy on then it will be doomed to disaster

PR

What is Proportional Representation Voting?
PR is where all votes are counted to make up a Parliament
I.e. there are e.g. 100 MP’s in a parliament
All votes cast are as follows
30% Conservative
25% Labour
20% LibDem
10% UKIP
5% greens
5% BNP
5% Communists
MP’s per party
30 Cons, 25 Labs, 20 LibDems, 10 UKIP, 5b Green, 5 BNP, 5 COM
Advantages every vote counts
Disadvantages always have a coalition with small parties like BNP, Greens having a major influence in Government. The party with the most support could be stopped forming a government by a coalition of the minor party. The Policies you vote for will be watered down because a Coalition of Parties will mean compromise. PR will give you weak Government
The LibDems want this system because they know they will always have a place in Government, they also want a list system, and this is where you vote for a Party not for individual MP for your constituency.
Each Political Party would have a list of 100 candidates they pick to go on the Election list. So for example the Conservatives won 30 seats the top 30 on their list become MP’s which could mean not one knows where you live or what your problems are. Those who think PR say it is more democratic but how can it be democratic when the voter has no say who can be selected?
Another PR system is for the voter to put the candidates in order of preference i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4 etc if anyone candidate doesn’t get enough First Preference votes, they then look who has the most Second Preference vote so the MP elected could be every bodies 4th choice that sound really fair.
I prefer the First past the post but alter the constituencies with each having the same amount of voters because Inner City constituency have sometime a ¼ of want County constituencies have.
First past the post has strong government on the whole or we could use what Labour suggested if a Candidate doesn’t get 50% of the vote the top two come back for another election a week later.

Angela Harrison – Labour – 11930

Gordon Henderson – Conservative – 24313 ELECTED

Keith Stuart Nevols – Liberal Democrats – 7943

Before the election I contacted UKIP to tell them to step down as their President had told them CIB told them the same because they were standing against some one who was opposed to the the EU I believed CIB called them nutters. There argument was they thought they ahd a chance of winning or coming second I told them they were living in cloud Cukoo and I was proved right but to be fair they increased there vote from 900 to 2610 a long way from 24313

A Great day

Dear Editor
What a great day for the Conservative Party and the people of Sittingbourne & Sheppey and great day for me.
I have friend who I have always supported Gordon Henderson becoming the Conservative MP for this constituency, Lloyd Bowen becoming a Conservative Councillor for Roman Ward, my ward where I live and tried several years ago tried to break the back of the Labour domination of the Ward something I failed to do and last but not least listening to David Cameron’s speech where he offered the hand of Friendship to the LibDems he looked and acted like a real statesman putting the country first. Pre the election I was not a great lover of David Cameron but his energy, sincerity, debating skills and his ability to connect with the ordinary person has made me a fan.
A great Day at last the Clouds of Doom are beginning to lift over this great island

Labour tells Gypsies they can biuld where they like

Gypsies' human rights are more important than the concerns of local residents, according to new planning rules.
Guidelines made public yesterday mean planning inspectors will favour letting them set up sites and stay on existing ones, while complaints will be largely ignored.
Travellers will even be allowed to build sites in the countryside, on legally protected land even Nature Reserves and in places of outstanding Natural Beauty

This new policy is labour’s answer to Gypsy sites, ignore the people but then where Gypsies want their sites is normally in Conservative areas. NO ONE NATION for the labour party. Labour want to create a divided society

Another reason to vote Conservative

Labour Lies

Figures showed almost four times more EU citizens working here than Britons taking jobs on the continent. Gordon Brown – who promised ‘British jobs for British workers’ – said that there had been equal numbers travelling in each direction.

more from Richard

No, I work fully in the private sector now - running my own business - research and consultancy.

What do you mean, Martin, to say that something is 'not normal'? Presumably you don't mean 'not natural', because there is plenty of homosexuality in the animal kingdom, and there is evidence that gay people (sorry, I know you don't like the word!) are the way they are because their genetics have made them so.

And anyway, the world is full of unnatural things - cars, clothes, digital watches. Most things that make life easier and nicer are unnatural.

As far as gay sports clubs and the like are concerned, these presumably exist because there is a market for such things. And there is a market for them either because gay people like hanging around with other gay people (just as heterosexual people hang around with people with similar tastes at mainstream nightclubs), or because they are trying to get away from abuse and violence (normally motivated by a belief that they are not normal). Probably both apply, and I think good luck to them. There are clubs for disabled people, Asian people, people who like Judo, and lots of other groups. What's wrong with that?

By the way, I am sure you are wrong about companies and governments employing a certain number of homosexuals. Such information is gathered by human resources departments for auditing purposes, but those who appoint have no access to this information.

If a priest is arrested for expressing his opinion, I agree that is wrong. I think we should be able to say whatever we like. Ironically, Christians are frequently complaining when they are criticised or teased in the media (this is preferable to the react of their Muslim peers, but it still irritates!). There have been numerous reports about Christians claiming they are being marginalised in the press and society. It is ironic because religious groups are probably the most over-protected of all. They have their own TV and radio programmes (gays don't); Christians still have legal control over religious education in schools; and of course we have a state religion, despite the fact that only about 5% regularly attend Christian worship."

My answer

Normal means conforming to standards, usual, typical or expected because Homosexuals do not conform to this I believe they are abnormal if they are born that way they must be natural the same as a child who is born with three legs they are natural but not normal
It is 8% who attend church yet 73% claim to be Christians, so believing in Jesus and the Christian faith has nothing to with going to Church in the great majorities eyes
There is a policy of positive discrimination in such organisations as the Police, fire Brigade etc in favour of Homosexuals, Women and ethnic minorities
Equality Bill to encourage positive discrimination
OUT-LAW News, 26/06/2008
Employers will be allowed to discriminate in favour of female or ethnic minority job candidates under a new law announced by Harriet Harman MP today.
This also now applies to Homosexuals
You have totally missed the point when it comes to the various clubs I have mentioned in the fact you can not deliberately have a purely heterosexual team, such organizations as the Police have Gay Police officers association, Black Police Officer association yet a White Heterosexual Police association would be considered racist and homophobic and would be illegal.
You say “or because they are trying to get away from abuse and violence (normally motivated by a belief that they are not normal” where have you been for he last few years, Queer Bashing is not an issue any more (rightly so) since a Homophobic assault carries a larger penalty then other assaults, people now think before they assault someone just because they are homosexual
Christianity should be taught in Schools most of our law and morality are based on the Christian ethic The drive to make us a secular country is the main reason why Morality is at all time low
As for Television here are a few stations:
1. GayTVone LIVE - The best free Gay TV on the Internet
2. Gay TV programme on channel 4 | Queer Youth Network - National UK ...
3. Gay Teachers | Teachers TV
4. Gay TV Channel Online Village TV free video clips, TV shows
The rush to get give equality to minority groups have left the majority of Heterosexual white males less equal, there now needs to be a concerted effort to bring back balance to equality law Rather then have Some are more equal then others

Richrad Bailey replies Christian Preacher and Homosexuals

Richard Bailey commented on your link:

"Hi Martin. LI hope you are well. Nice to see your opinions haven't mellowed!

I thought I'd say hello again by commenting on your blog.

I thought the reason gay people need protection from unpleasant people like the preacher you quote is so they are able to live with the same types of freedoms and choices that most of us take for granted. They don't want, nor does the law allow them to have, preferential treatment. They just want equality. And they are a long, long way from that at the moment.

As for whether they are normal or not, loads of heterosexuals don't have children. And neither do nuns, monks and Catholic priests, and others. So they are no more normal than gay people. Should they be victim to hate crimes, and the dogma of angry Christian preachers?

Of course, the story was printed in the Daily Mail, so is probably not true anyway!"

Nice to hear from you I thought maybe you moved to the academic hinterland

Is also great to see one reply to my blogs no matter how wrong they are!

Why is the preacher unpleasant? Because he quotes the Bible and dares to upset the Pink Mafia and says that Homosexual is not normal? He said no more then that. What type of freedom and choices don't they have compared to normal heterosexual people? What does having or not having children got to with saying Homosexuals have abnormal sexual habits. Being celibate like some religious orders is abnormal but the difference is they believe that they are serving a greater good the same can not be said of Homosexuality. Homosexuals and Lesbians do get preferential treatment it is called Positive Discrimination. Most government institutions and large businesses have to employ a certain amount of Homosexuals and Lesbians irrelevant whether their sexuality has anything to do with their ability to do the job, Civil Partnerships are for Homosexuals and Lesbians only, I have yet to hear of a heterosexual couple taking part in this ceremony and do not say they can get married that is a different ceremony altogether. Recently two spinster wanted to go through a civil Ceremony because they wanted some protection for their money they had saved when one died, they were refused even the European Courts said that this a ceremony for Homosexuals and Lesbians, How may Homosexual night clubs although heterosexuals are not banned, but they are not encouraged, there are Homosexual Rugby, Football teams etc there is a Homosexual Olympic games the only criteria is you have to be Homosexual, Gay Pride is a celebration of homosexually and other deviant sexual acts. Can you honestly say that any of the above would be allowed purely for Heterosexuals? On more then one occasions I have had to fill in forms for my Judo Club for grants and two questions we refuse to answer is 1) What religion are your members 2) What is your sexuality both we consider private and not the business of the Club
Finally the world would be better of when a persons Sexuality is kept private, the only difference between a Homosexual and a Heterosexual is who they have sex with I believe the latter is normal function of mankind the only natural way to continue the human race as for the first I do not care what they do in the bedroom but I reserve the right in a democratic country to say I do not like it. The Homosexual Movement is politically motivated to give extra rights to there ilk and have an exceptional amount of political power for a very small minority roughly 5% of the population. I expect most homosexuals want to be left alone to get on with their lives rather then earn a lot of money being a Pink Mafia activist
Finally I find really offensive that Homosexuals continue to use the word GAY this used to be an old English word for light-hearted and carefree,.

Gypsies Stopped- Harriet Hateman caught out

I have created two links to newspaper articles which may interest you

One is about Gypsies, Pikees, Travellers call them what you want trying to take advantage of the Bank Holiday weekend to build a Gypsy encampment. It seems that once they start building they can claim retrospective planning and if the Council refuse the can use the Human Rights act to push it through
What I can not understand is these Gypsies are supposed to be travelling people so why do they want to stop in one place? Who introduced these new laws yes you guessed NEW LABOUR. David Cameron has vowed to take us a way from the Human Rights Act 2 more good reasons to vote Conservative

Christian arrested because he thinks Homo's are not normal

Christian preacher on hooligan charge after saying he believes that homosexuality is a sin

Once again our Homosexual Friends get preferential treatment! Once again I state the obvious! just because someone is Homosexual that doesn't mean they have be picked on, they should be allowed to go about there daily business without fear or hindrance what they do in the confines of their bedroom is their business and their beliefs are their own BUT what should not happen is because of their unusual sexual preferences they should not be given extra rights over the majority which they now get? Also the rest of us should be able to voice our opinions as I thought this was a democratic country. So I do not believe the Homosexual act is normal, why can’t I say that, I am not saying Homosexual should be hurt in any way and that is exactly what this preacher said and he quoted articles from the Bible he believes that the homosexual act is a sin and he can quote the most read and most sacred book in the World. Yet he was arrested because he offended a Homosexual Police Office who is the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender liaison officer for the police. What are the Police doing paying for someone to promote sexual acts even you believe the homosexual act is normal HOW CAN YOU SAY BEING BISEXUAL is being normal.
It also reported that he castigated Drinkers and I believe Catholics but this was not considered offences.

Until the Homosexuals are treated like everyone else until persons sexuality is left private they will never be accepted into Normal Society I for one am fed up being treated unfairly because I am Heterosexual and have normal sexual appetites

However the real figure is less than 40 per cent.

Gordon supports Pubs

Gordon Henderson, local Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for the Sittingbourne and Sheppey constituency has today committed to:

• Promote the interests of Britain’s pub goers
• Champion well-run community pubs
• Press for reform of beer tie to deliver a fair deal for consumers
• Support the role of well-run pubs as solutions to alcohol misuse

These commitments are based on a campaign being run by CAMRA, The Campaign for Real Ale which is asking all Prospective Parliamentary Candidates whether they are willing to speak up for Beer Drinkers and Pub Goers. CAMRA’s new Beer Drinkers and Pub Goers Charter sets out a series of options for supporting well-run community pubs, local brewers and consumer rights.

Mike Benner, CAMRA’s Chief Executive welcomed Gordon Henderson’s support for the Charter, saying:

“We are delighted that Gordon Henderson has promised to work to promote the interests of beer drinkers and pub goers. Well-run pubs make a huge contribution to community life, each of which injects £80,000 into their local economy every year. Amid growing concern over the loss of more than 5 pubs a day, it is now more important than ever to support well-run community pubs, to promote local brewers and to protect the interests of consumers.”

Speaking after signing up to CAMRA’s Beer Drinkers and Pub Goers Charter, Gordon Henderson said:

“I am proud to be speaking up for community pubs, local brewers and consumers. Well-run pubs are the bedrock of community life – they are part of the solution to the problem of alcohol misuse and not part of the problem. They deserve our support.”

Nick Clegg is a Hypocrite

Nick Clegg has been accused of hypocrisy after it emerged that he made more than £312,000 profit when he sold his house in Brussels.
The Lib Dem leader received nearly £140,000 from taxpayers for living away from home as an MEP for the East Midlands.
Although he maintains that he did not rely on the expenses to fund the home, the profit he pocketed undermines his insistence that parliamentarians should pay back capital gains they make from state subsidies.

Nick Clegg yesterday: He was accused of hypocrisy over his expenses policy
Mr Clegg has said all MPs should pay back profits for homes funded by Commons allowances to the taxpayers.
He lectured his political rivals during the leaders’ debate last week, saying: ‘Politicians who sell their houses and pocket the money still haven’t

A Conservative Party candidate has been suspended after making "deeply offensive" comments about homosexuality on his website

I see nothing wrong in what Philip Larder has said about Homosexuals he has echoed the voice of the great majority of British. Nobody wants to return to the bad old days of Homosexuals being persecuted but the rest of us must be allowed our opinion. The Pre Occupation of all political parties with homosexuals is nauseating; the Homosexual lobby is so powerful it now influences political policy and has gone beyond equal rights it now has gained preferential treatment over normal sexed people. The country need the best it can get irrelevant of sexual preference the question should not even be asked
I will still vote Conservative because I still think they are the best of a very bad bunch

Philip Lardner was standing in the Scottish constituency of North Ayrshire and Arran.
On the website, Mr Lardner said he would tolerate "common sense equality and respect" for gay people but "will not accept that their behaviour is 'normal' or encourage children to indulge in it."
He also supported the law known as Section 28 which was repealed in 2003.
"The promotion of homosexuality by public bodies...was correctly outlawed by Mrs Thatcher's government. Toleration and understanding is one thing, but state-promotion of homosexuality is quite another," he wrote.
His comments, entitled "what do I believe in?" continued: "Christians (and most of the population) believe homosexuality to be somewhere between 'unfortunate' and simply 'wrong' and they should not be penalised for politely saying so - good manners count too, of course.
"The current 'law' is wrong and must be overturned in the interests of freedom as well as Christian values."
Andrew Fulton, the party's chairman in Scotland, said: "The views expressed by Philip Lardner, the candidate for North Ayrshire and Arran, are deeply offensive and unacceptable and as a result he has been suspended as a member of the Conservative party.
"We therefore do not support Mr Lardner's candidacy in the North Ayrshire and

Gordon Brown to be returned

GORDON BROWN. (British Prime Minister).
Gordon Brown goes on a state visit to Israel .
While he is on a tour of Jerusalem he suffers a heart attack and passes away.

The undertaker tells the British Diplomats accompanying him, 'You can have him shipped home for £5,000,000, or you can bury him here, in the Holy Land , for just £100.'

The British Diplomats go into a corner and discuss for a minute. They come back to the undertaker and tell him they want Gordon shipped home.

The undertaker is puzzled and asks, 'Why would you spend £5,000,000 to ship him home, when it would be wonderful to be buried here and you would spend only £100?
With the money you save you could help pay back some of the deficit, help pay for the Olympic Games or help the elderly'.

The British Diplomats replied, 'Long ago a man died here, was buried here,
and three days later he rose from the dead.

'We just can't take the risk.'

Blair Peach died 30 years ago

Blair Peach was killed 30 years whilst participating in an anti National Front demo. They claim he was killed by a Police Officer who hit him on the head. If this true it is a terrable thing but surely the demonstrators must take some of the blame themselves. Of course the anti NF demonstrators went there as a peaceful demonstraion so they say but they must all been aware that this type of demo would end in violence and I am sorry to have to say this so did Blair Peach. What of the Police who were trying to keep the two demos apart, they were faced with violent, hated filled mob content on hurting someone even if that was a Policeman. A peaceful demonstration would have dispursed when the Police asked them. It seems to me these demonstrators do not want a Police presence they want free range to intimidate and hurt anyone who does not agree with their aims and they maintain that is democracy?

No to a Hung Parliament

I hope above anything we do not get a hung Parliament this would be the worst thing possible for the UK all that secret meetings between Political Parties without us even having a say. If the LibDems get their way we will have a proportional representation system like they have for the European Elections which will allow all the Small parties who have no real Voter representation to be the Power Brokers can you imagine having the BNP or even worse the Greens in the Cabinet.

We should have a new voting system as the present one is to unjust and is bias in favour of the Labour Party you could get the situation where the biggest percentage of votes could go to the Conservative party but the Labour party could still have the most MP's. The proportional system I would like would be where in every constituency each Candidate would have to gain 50% of the vote cast if they do not get this they go another vote where only the top two go forward and then it would be first past the post (I believe this is what the Labour Party want).

As for the LibDems idea of Proportional representation, well do away with the House of Lords and create a Second Chamber with the same sort of powers of the Lords and us the system where you elect parties i.e. if their is a 100 seats to be won the Conservatives get 40% they get 40 seats, Labour 30% 30 Seats if the BNP get 1% they get 1 seat and so on.

The main government would be still be run by the 1st house and secondly make it a legal requirement for people to Vote.

St Georges Day Who are the English?

We English should celebrate being English and do not let people say who are the English, they are not Britons. The word England come from the land of the Angles Angleland. The Angles, Saxons and Jutes were Germanic tribes who conquered parts of Britain's pushing the native Britons and what was left of the Roman Empire up to the South and West of the British Isles. The English became the most powerful country in the World and the most influential, when we united with the Scots and the Welsh we had the Biggest Empire the World has ever seen, remember the saying "The Sun never sets over the British Empire"

we may have lost our empire but our language and customs are still all around the World, although I welcome people from the old British Empire now the Commonwealth, they hold a British Passsport and that means something, they become British Citizens but to be a true English you need the blood of the Angles, Jutes and Saxons in you and they were White Tribes

Remember you are English before the LibDems and Labour take even that from us

NICK CLEGG is a con

David Cameron had a much better debate last night I thought he had the edge over the other two, I did expect a lot more from Nick Clegg but he looked haggered and tired. It seems that his bubble is beginning to burst with more inforamtion coming out about his policies, recieving suspect money, accusing GB of being more giulty then Germany for WW11. What outstanded me in the first debate how this complete political novice done so well in the first debate but I now found out he is not a novice, he has been a politcal lobbyist, a MEP and most importantly and PR man. Yes a PR man no wonder he was good on the TV that once was his job. His persona of creating a new Political world is rubbish he is part of the establishment especially as his party is older then the Labour Party.

Cleggs Immigration Policy

Hard as it may be to believe, the Lib Dems are even more determined than Labour to dismantle our borders. The Liberal Democrat leader continually boasts about his 'honesty', but by far the most dishonest moment in last Thursday's debate was when Clegg talked tough about immigration.
With frightening hypocrisy, he spoke of a crackdown and more rigorous frontier controls, while also accusing Brown of presiding over 'chaos'.

But Clegg's words were hollow. For in its advocacy of an extraordinarily lenient policy on migration, his party's manifesto represents a huge blow to Britain's social cohesion and national identity. For too long already under Labour, immigration has been out of control, with 5.4 million people settling here since 1997.
During recent years the annual number of arrivals has been running at more than 500,000, and that doesn't include the countless number of illegal immigrants. Even in 2009, after all Labour's noisy rhetoric about new restrictions, the immigrant total was still 518,000.
Never in our history has this nation been through such a dramatic demographic change, and the trend is speeding up. No fewer than a quarter of all births in Britain are to foreign- born mothers, with the figure rising to an astonishing 55 per cent in London.
For the Lib Dems want to institute a full amnesty for illegal immigrants living in Britain, meaning such law- breakers could work, demand benefits and gain British citizenship.
The party's manifesto asserts that this would not only boost our economy by turning illegals into taxpayers, but also free up the police to concentrate on real crimes.
But such claims insult the intelligence. The truth is that, once granted, an amnesty would act as a magnet for migrants from all over the world, as others would quickly realise that they would almost certainly be treated with the same welcoming leniency if they were to come here illegally.
Human trafficking would rocket. Relatives of illegals, from spouses to distant uncles, would pour into the country. The Government admits that it 'doesn't have a clue' how many illegal migrants there are in Britain, but reliable estimates point to at least 750,000.
If an amnesty were implemented, that number could be more than trebled by the subsequent, completely legal arrival of all their dependants. An amnesty would stretch our overly generous welfare system to breaking point.
The great myth of the pro-immigration lobby is to pretend that newcomers have been the engine of economic prosperity. True, many have made a wonderful contribution to this country.
But the fact is that any economic gains have been outweighed by the colossal costs to the public sector in housing, education, healthcare and social security. As a host of authoritative studies shows, migrants are more likely to be in receipt of benefits than the British-born population.
It is one of the reasons why our public finances have sunk into massive deficits during a period of unprecedented immigration. Moreover, there is a terrible injustice about an amnesty, in that it both makes a mockery of the law by rewarding criminals and is grossly unfair on those who settled here legally.
And the modern history of the western world is that amnesties do not work. Since 1980, Italy has had 20 of them and Spain six, as a result of which immigration in both countries has soared.
Similarly, the U.S. instituted an amnesty in 1986 when the number of illegals stood at 3.5 million. Today, that figure is thought to have reached 20 million. Far from serving as a symbol of decency, an amnesty represents a surrender to illegality. Such a move is a sign that a country has given up trying to maintain its borders.
But that is the entire thrust of the Lib Dems' policy. This is a party that no longer believes in the integrity of the United Kingdom. An 'EU-wide asylum system' is called for in the party's manifesto - meaning we have to surrender some of our border controls to bureaucrats in Brussels.
In the same undemocratic vein, the Lib Dems want to take power away from the Home Office and set up an 'Independent Agency For Asylum', as if Britain were not already drowning in state bureaucracy. At least the Home Secretary is answerable to Parliament and the electorate.
This quango, no doubt packed with the politically correct brigade, will be a law to itself, a honey-pot for Left-wing lawyers. In an even more unworkable measure, Clegg wants to introduce a 'regional points-based' system for the awarding of work permits, by which migrants would be encouraged to go 'to parts of the country which are short of workers'.
With more than five million Britons of working age living on benefits, the idea that there are any genuine shortages of workers is absurd. We should be pushing our own people into jobs, not importing yet more foreign labour by dishing out permits like confetti.
Furthermore, the regional basis of Clegg's plans is also hopelessly flawed - there is nothing to stop migrants gaining a permit for one area, then bringing in their family and moving to another area, where a full range of benefits can be claimed.
The Lib Dems' other policies in this area are similarly ill thought through. Everything about the Lib Dems is soft. They urge an 'end to the detention of children in immigration detention centres,' which, while sounding humane, in practice means yet more families being freed to live on the dole, since someone will have to look after these children.
They want to go easy on the deportation of failed asylum-seekers, another recipe for an explosion in bogus claims. In addition, they call for the abolition of the ban on asylum-seekers being allowed to work.
Given that a huge majority of refugees are economic migrants, this proposal amounts to a further incentive for more foreigners to arrive here, reciting their empty mantras about 'persecution'. In practice, the ban will just end up as another form of amnesty.
Yes, the British are a tolerant people but this small island and its social structure cannot cope with those numbers. The public is crying out for toughness on immigration, not more laxity and definitely not Clegg's scheme for even greater expansion of foreign incomers.

Amnesty

Keith Nevols said...
Just to clarify. The proposed amnesty would not apply to any illegal immigrant with a criminal record.

It would only apply to anyone who has been here ten years, speaks English, has a clean record and is willing to earn citizenship.

We have to get on top of immigration after the shambles it is at the moment and must give priority to rounding up and deporting the criminals.

this obviously come from a LibDem I have printed it for balance but lets us look at what he has said "The proposed amnesty would not apply to any illegal immigrant with a criminal record." nearly all illegals enter this country and destroy their passports and Immigration can not find where they from so how can anyone tell if they have a criminal record? If they have entered this country illegally they have a committed a crime so all illegal immigrants are criminals. If they have been here Ten years who has been supporting them? They are not allowed to work without the relevant documentation so if the have been working they a have been breaking the law!
What about all those immigrants who have gone through the legal process should not they be honoured for doing the correct thing
Not all immigrants should be thrown out only those who entered the country illegally and all parties should do there best to round them up and send an example to the World England welcomes law abiding people only

Children thrive in marriage

Why children thrive with married parents

I have been married 40 years and since the 1970's I have seen the slow breakdown of the Traditional family unit and since labour took over in 1997 it has got worse Young women be openly encouraged to become single mothers, men fathers countless children by different women and not being held responsible and now people with unnatural sexual habits IE Homosexuals can adopt children etc etc it will come as no surprise to us who believe in marriage that old fashioned concept where a child has a mother and father who live together, believe that it is no surprise that the breakdown of our society coincides with Labour and Libdems haste to outlaw the Natural Family Unit

Paedophile and LiDems

Pakistani Paedophile who abducted underage girls for sex can't be deported... because of HIS human rights which that he has a wife and child in this country

So this thing can rape young girls and claim Human Rights what about the Human rights of the Victims?

Of course the Labour Party and the LibDems support the Human Rights and the LIBDEMS want give ½ million illegal immigrants amnesty

CIB Agree local UKIP are wrong

Dear Mr Clarke

As a cross-party organization, Campaign for an Independent Britain has long argued against the insanity of no-hope 'eurosceptic' candidates standing against established anti-EU MPs, regardless of their party political label - and on occasion we have been successful in knocking some sense into them.

We therefore welcome the move made by Lord Pearson (who is, after all, one of our Vice Presidents) although as you rightly say it appears the message has not got through to some candidates, who are evidently either living in a fantasy world and/or are on some sort of ego trip. Sadly, UKIP will lose and lose badly in Sittingbourne so their candidate's stance is ludicrous.

LIBDEM Policies

Pulled this of the internet what one guy thought of LibDem Policies makes interesting reading

Do you really reallywant to join the Euro and join Greece as a basket case economy?
Do you really want your country to be undefended in an uncertain world because we can not afford to defend ourselves or naively think we can guarantee a nuclear power may never threaten us in the future?
Do you really want to give amnesty to between 500,000 and I,000,000 (yes that's I million) illegal immigrants?
Do you really believe that the Liberals are right to bribe the electorate with £17BN when that money could be used to reduce the defecit?
Do you really want to see the pound get a hammering after the election in a hung parliament?
Do you really want another 5 years of Gordon Brown? Do you really believe the Liberal Party are the goody two shoes of this shameful parliament when they have yet to repay a donation of £2.4M from a convicted fraudster and some of their MP's have been up to their necks in the trough?
If you can answer YES to these questions you are ready to vote Liberal!

Nick Clegg helps a Labour Victory

Well I watched the Leaders Debate and found the whole thing uninspiring, I totally agree that Nick Clegg performed the best but do we want some one who looks like an X factor winner or do we want someone who can be Prime Minister? Both David Cameron and Gordon Brown look like Prime Minister the latter looking tired and worn out the former had a lot of vigour and energy but he did come across as wooden and of course Nick Clegg will never be Prime Minister no matter what the Polls say. Yet a vote for him and his Party could put Labour Party back in power. A poll commissioned by the Sun put Conservatives on 33% LibDems 30% Labour 28% you would have thought that puts Labour out of the race on the contrary Labour would still have the most seats in Parliament followed by the Conservatives and LibDems would have approx 100 seats. Now if that ever happened how any one suggest we live in a Democratic Country when the Majority of the Country voted against the Labour Party and they become the 3rd party in terms of people voting for them.
The one thing we must all be aware of is a Vote for the Conservative will help this country get rid of Gordon Brown and the Labour Party a vote for any other party will let the Labour Party continue to run this country that is fact. The first past the post election system is no linger a fair democratic system and a system I supported for many years must be replaced by Proportionate Representation

UKIP President tell Local party to withdraw from election

On Radio 4 last week Lord Pearson stated that his party UKIP would not stand in Constituency that had an Anti EU candidate standing I thought great, then they will withdraw their Sittingbourne & Sheppey Candidate and give euro Realist a straight run. There reply was this was only for Candidates who signed up for the Britain out of Europe campaign, good because candidate Gordon Henderson has signed up to this.
Lord Pearson went on to say "It would be a mistake for UKIP to keep genuine and determined Euro-sceptics out of the House of Commons in a seat where we cannot win."He had proposed withdrawing from Sittingbourne and Sheppey but the local party had disagreed
I spoke to the UKIP Parliamentary candidate for Sittingbourne and Sheppey and asked why he is going against the advice of his President and why he is standing against a Candidate who has very similar views on Europe. It was brought to his attention that he could stop Gordon Henderson winning this seat and let in a Pro Europe Candidate, UKIP were responsible at the last election in letting the Pro European Derek Wyatt in 2005. Wyatt beat Gordon Henderson by 79 votes UKIP polled 926 votes if UKIP had withdrawn from that election the Anti EU Candidate Gordon Henderson would have been voted in.
So why are they standing they tell me they believe they can win yes they reckon they can increase their vote by 17,000 if they believe that then they are what the Pro Europeans call them the CRANKY Party. There is obviously some ulterior motive behind there doggedness to stand knowing full well they will not win, is maybe because their group has some disenfranchised Tories who have an axe to grind or is it just an ego trip for a few of their committee who knows but one thing is for sure they are not for Getting out of Europe like Gordon Henderson

Are all women just money grabbers?

Why do I ask the question well look at the article about the Armed Forces. This is the way that this Country is going since the Labour Deputy Leader Harriet Harman(better known as as Hateman) has been forcing through her legislation on preferential treatment for women or do most women feel disgust by this latest excuse for women hood who it seems got deliberately pregnant to drain money from men who are fighting for their country. Hopefully I will not meet her and I hope all that meet her ostracize her and I hope she has to pay tax on the compensation. She disgust me
