GLB Foreign Workers

Two things I keep banging on about is:

1   1)Foreign Workers

2   2) Gay peoples disproportionate influence on society

One our Coaches at the Swale Martial Arts Club has Latvian neighbours he tells me that they are very nice people. He works in a fruit packing premises in Murston, which is predominantly Foreign Labour. He has 2 girls both going to a local school, the family has been here for three years, his cousin has recently arrived and has got a job with in 6 weeks working at the same place. Compare that with my Coaches daughter who is her twenties and English, she has been out of work for months had to give up her house and move back with her family, she has applied for 28 jobs her tenacity has paid of and starts a Job next week but why can a Latvian be guaranteed a job in this country and take advantage of all our benefits? I do not blame the workers what I do blame is employers who refuse to employ local labour and a government who refuses to do anything about it. Even Cameron was shocked when he visited a factory to find 60% of employees were foreign

Let hear those who employ foreign workers defend themselves

With the forthcoming election of a Police Commissioner upon us, I would like to ask the following question:

1)   Will Kent Police continue to waste money on a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual fortnight which is held annually at their Maidstone HQ?

2)   Why is the Kent Chief Constable and his cronies obsessed with GLB?

3)   What has a person sexuality to do with Police Work?

4)   Will they stop discriminating against British heterosexual Males?

5)   Will they change course and try a and tackle crime rather then act as social workers

I have included this letter sent to the press and politicians on my Blog as local press very rarely print letters like mine and who can blame them as they are under the cosh of their owners or party chiefs. They want to remain employed like many others

Foreign Workers

Cameron surprised and disturbed by 60% foreign workers in factory-will this placate his Euro Sceptics?

Why are politicians so shallow and obvious? Everybody but Dave knows Britain is full of cheap labour because that's what employers want and can have under EU rules.

Cameron can't do anything about it short of pulling out of Europe and he ain't gonna endorse that.

Foreign workers take nearly half of Olympic Park jobs: So much for promises to employ British staff!

•    Four in ten of the jobs created went to foreign workers

•    Around 18,400 jobs out of 46,000 went to people abroad

Foreign-born workers account for 80% of employment growth

•    Number of foreign born men and women in work soars by 334,000 to over 4million

•    British-born workers finding employment in same period rose by only 77,000

These are some of the headlines since the beginning of the year and it only just occurred to Cameron that Foreigners are taking jobs from Brits. I have continually questioned how many foreign workers there is at Morrison Depot at Ridham, at first I was told 20% then it was not many. So can I go round myself to check, maybe if I went with someone of authority? But it was suggested I do not go on the night shift because it is nearly all foreigners as Brits are too lazy to work at night? Well my father done shift work before he became a full time Judo Coach, my father in law worked shifts as did all his sons, when I was waiting to go to college to earn extra money I worked nights at Lowes Dog Biscuit Factory and just recently I spoke to a couple of twenty year olds who work full time nights on London underground. So I find it quite insulting when people in authority or businesses that enjoy cheap Labour continually berate the British Workman, So much for us all working together.

 The Conservatives have come with the new idea that workers should give up their rights for shares in the company? If you lost your job would the shares keep you or your family? The Tories are right that EU employment laws are suffocating British Industry but the worker still need protection from unscrupulous employers. Like most laws if the are to draconian, the individual will suffer as employers try to get round them for instance using Agency Workers, this is a system where Businesses can use workers for a short period of time, as they contracted out the work to an agency, it is the Agency who responsible for the workforce. Most Agencies do not take on full time staff they employ people on an ad hoc basis. How is that for job security, yet I can understand why employers use them? A friend of mine has a business where he sometimes needs labour for a short period, he cannot afford to have them full time and the laws restrict him from Hiring for shorts period. The other nice little cop out is to employ people on a minimum contract of 16 hours per week but you tell them they will always get over the hours, great someone told me recently of a chap who worked a couple of years on a 48 hour week and then out the blue he was dropped to 16 hours with the obvious consequences he could not feed and house his family so he had to resign and go on the Dole this happened to several others. You guessed those that remained nearly all foreigners were back on a 48 week with a reduced staff ratio, and easy way to cut your staff without redundancy and any legal complications

Do the rich Union Barons campaign for British Jobs for British Workers NO do they campaign for Agency workers to given full time work for their employees NO.

Now I do not know everything that is told to me is true but taking a line form Shakespeare “Something is rotten in the state of Britain”

Housing Benefit

Half of homes are a burden on the state: Benefit payments and services now outweigh taxes in 53% of properties

That is the headline today and the Government is right to show concern and highlight Labour’s mismanagement but refusing Housing benefit for the Under 25 may sound a vote catcher but it needs some thought. For example at 24 I was married with 3 children that was in 1974 and there was full employment but move that example to today and I had lost my job would I not be entitled to housing benefit? I can not remember if there was the same thing in those days all I can remember was getting unemployment benefit luckily enough after a few months my mother decide to employ me on a low wage to run the Martial Arts Club. Interestingly enough you can see the difference in the Martial Arts Club fortunes in 1980 there was enough being generated for me to get a small wage, today I subsidies it. So the sensible thing is not give a blanket ban but to offer the following:

1)    Those married with children sharing the same house should be allowed Housing Benefit. The reason I say married is that it has a degree of legality in that they can prove they are in a relationship. Cohabiting couples do not have that proof, so there is less chance of falsifying a claim with a married couple

2)   Those under 25 who may be at risk and who have been alone for sometime but they should only be offered low cost accommodation like Bed Sits

3)   The government should offer some form of Compulsory Insurance scheme that pays for rent when out of work; they are compelling us to have a pension scheme, so that should not be a problem.

The best way forward is to get full employment and one way to start the ball rolling is to replace the foreign workforce with British Labour on a decent wage. The other thing I have often wondered it is often reported that foreign labour often rent a house and fill with beds and share the costs so they can live in a cheaper manner, this way they can work for less but still have a larger income to themselves, which makes good economic sense. Yet I have a House which I rent out 4 rooms as bedsits and have to register as a HMO (House in Multiple Occupancy) I have to abide by some strict laws by having fire alarms in every room, fire resistant walls and ceilings, each room has to have cooking facilities, food preparation area, sink, fridge etc. plus the shared toilet has to be of a certain dimension and standard etc. Now I believe all these conditions are just but why do I have to do all this and others do not? Plus what about the health and safety aspects is the house insured for an excessive amount of people living in it?

Being brought up a catholic I do have reservations about abortion. I am particularly concerned when the foetus actually becomes a being rather then a group of cells. So I was shocked to hear that women can have an abortion at 24 weeks that is 6 months, some babies are born premature at that age and survive. So when they abort at this age they are killing a child. So maybe it should be dropped to 12 weeks. When you can see a small human being on these scans it would be impossible to say that it is not a person.

I have heard all the arguments about someone who is raped, deformed babies etc. and I do not know the answer, I suppose it is up to everyone conscious. Yet the unborn child is not to be blamed and do we have the right to extinguish its life? Thankfully I have never been in the situation where I have to answer that, but the argument that it is a women’s body and she can do what she wants with it doesn’t hold water, she only the vessel carrying a human life one that can be completely different to her i.e. different sex, hair colour, blood etc. Also reports show that 70% of abortions are repeats so it is being used a contraception, I am sure that was not the reason it was legalised.

Difficult and Emotive Subject, wait and see what happens

Under Cover Cops

I  listened to Radio 4 this afternoon and they had a piece about undercover cops infiltrating Demo Groups like the Animal Rights and other protest groups. Some which are extremely dangerous, it seems some of these Police Officers have built up an intimate relationships with some of the women over several years. Eventually they found out now these women want to take the Police to the European Courts because their human rights have been abused. This was a typical lefty BBC report as per usual a one sided report, all the women were given false names to protect them yet the Police Offices names were given out. These women droned on about how they were emotionally damaged etc. but at no time was any them asked why they were they being investigated, are we expected to believe that the Police would have undercover officers working for years on totally harmless women who wore hippy clothing NO. They moan about their Human Rights what about the rest of us who want to go about our business unmolested? There is a difference on going on a legal Demonstration and deliberately destroying property and people which some of these groups do.

The BBC in its present format is unfit for purpose, the recent scandals on employees avoiding income tax, Jimmy Saville and other paedophiles, paying millions to chat show host etc.
