Visit Ramsgate, Luddenham Church

Even though the weather has changed we are still at our Static weekends, this weekend we visited Ramsgate. It has been many years since I was here for those who can remember my Father Nobby Clarke taking Judo teams to Europe 40 years ago, you will remember travelling on the Sally Line, which used to leave from Ramsgate. In those days it was an adventure to travel to Europe and the Sally Line was a delight especially the Smörgåsbord which is a type of Scandinavian meal, originating in Sweden, served buffet-style with multiple hot and cold dishes of various foods on a table

On this occasion we spent most of the time around the harbour, which has a multitude of Café’s and curiosity shops. Yet once again I did not listen to Val. A Lorry was parked by the dockside I thought I had plenty of room to get by BUT  all Val said you will not get through, sadly to say she was right and I ripped my wing mirror off. I expect I will never hear the last of that. Also there was an Old USA Gun Boat in the harbour which patrolled the Rhine in the 1950's which is now I believe a Houseboat. Mind you we could do with some of these to Patrol the Channel to stop those Illegal Refugees ie criminals coming over here

Our main reason to going there was to get some Lobsters what Val did not realise these Lobsters were live and had to be put in Boiling water to cook and kill them. This I am told it is the most Humane way of dealing with them. Many people squirm at things like this but if you eat meat or fish you have to accept the fact they are killed.

Any way I got Val to hold a couple of live ones she was far from happy doing this. The price of the Lobsters £10 for the 10 year old and £15 for the 30 years old we also had some seafood, Jellied Eels, Prawns, Whelks, Cockles LUVLY GRUB

Ramsgate is worth a visit even if you do not like seafood

Also on my travels we stopped at St Mary's Church Luddenham Nr Faversham,  do love these old buildings something which make us English and a proud nation. This Church is in the back of beyond but right next door is a farm with a butchers Shop which must be good as people travel miles to purchase their meat

Am I homophobic?

A recent article in the Daily Mail explained the ONS (Office of National Statistics) on lesbians, Homosexuals and Bisexuals. Now I do not care what sexual practices people get up to in their own home and do not believe this very small minority should be discriminated against. Yet because I dare to question the amount of influence this small minority has I am called Homophobic. Yes I do not agree with same sex marriage nor do I agree that this group should adopt, mind you I also do not agree with single people adopting no matter what their sexual preference. I believe a child deserves  a Mum and Dad when ever possible.
What I do object to is not that they have sex in a different way to normal people it is the fact that they have undue influence on every aspect of our life and that those that belong to this minority group can do things the majority can not, for example in Gay Pride March Homosexual Policeman were publicly kissing other men in the crowd with out any reprimand would Heterosexual Policeman be allowed to do the same with a women I doubt it, we had the ridiculous situation where a Homosexual Policeman on duty went down on one knee to propose to another Policeman , you had Gays simulating the sex act  etc. Even in the advertising world they are promoting same sex marriage have a look at the Black Horse advert and what about TV every soap including the Radio show The Archers has a Gay couple. So WHY? When the facts and figures show that they are very small minority. In fact just 1.1% are Lesbian or homosexual and .58%are Bisexual according to the latest figures which is a slight drop on the 2010 figures
Now ask yourself would you allow any other small minority to have so much influence NO!

Read About Donald and Hilery

EVIL TRUMP DOES THE UNTHINKABLE. please read it.

Heard about any of this on CBS? NBC? ABC? CNN?
Interesting.         This is long but even if you read just parts of it you will see how considerate Trump really is.

Trump Does The Unthinkable – by Liz Crokin

Donald Trump is a racist, bigot, sexist, xenophobe, anti-Semitic and Islamophobe -- did I miss anything?
The left and the media launch these hideous kinds of attacks at Trump everyday; yet, nothing could be further from the truth about the real estate mogul.
As an entertainment journalist, I’ve had the opportunity to cover Trump for over a decade, and in all my years covering him I’ve never heard anything negative about the man until he announced he was running for president.

Keep in mind, I got paid a lot of money to dig up dirt on celebrities like Trump for a living so a scandalous story on the famous billionaire could’ve potentially sold a lot of magazines and would’ve been a “Huge” feather in my cap.

Instead, I found that he doesn’t drink alcohol or do drugs, he’s a hardworking businessman and totally devoted to his beloved wife and children. On top of that, he’s one of the most generous celebrities in the world with a heart filled with more gold than his $100 million New York penthouse.

In 2004, the first season of “The Apprentice” aired and at that time I worked as an entertainment columnist for the “RedEye Edition of the Chicago Tribune” and as a freelancer for “Us Weekly”.

I had a gut feeling that Chicago contestant, Bill Rancic, was going to win the reality show. So I contacted him and covered the hit show the entire season. I managed to score an invite to New York for the show’s grand finale and after-party.
This is where I first met Trump and got to ask him a few questions. That year, Rancic did win “The Apprentice”. I attended “The Apprentice” finale the next two years in a row.
Between that and the frequent visits Trump and his family made to Chicago during the construction of their Trump International Hotel & Tower,..... I got a chance to meet most of his family too and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them.
Since the media has failed so miserably at reporting the truth about Trump, I decided to put together some of the acts of kindness he’s committed over three decades which has gone virtually unnoticed or fallen on deaf ears.

In 1986, Trump prevented the foreclosure

of Annabell Hill’s family farm after her husband committed suicide.
Trump personally phoned down to the auction to stop the sale of her home and offered the widow money. Trump decided to take action after he saw Hill’s pleas for help in news reports.

In 1988, a commercial airline refused to fly Andrew Ten, a sick Orthodox Jewish child with a rare illness, across the country to get medical care because he had to travel with an elaborate life-support system.
His grief stricken parents contacted Trump for help and he didn’t hesitate to send his own plane

to take the child from Los Angeles to New York so he could get his treatment.

In 1991, 200 Marines who served in Operation Desert Storm spent time at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina before they were scheduled to return home to their families.
However, the Marines were told that a mistake had been made and an aircraft would not be able to take them home on their scheduled departure date.

When Trump got wind of this, he sent his plane

to make two trips from North Carolina to Miami to safely return the Gulf War Marines to their loved ones.

In 1995, a motorist stopped to help Trump after the limo he was traveling in got a flat tire. Trump asked the Good Samaritan how he could repay him for his help. All the man asked for was a bouquet of flowers for his wife.
A few weeks later Trump sent

the flowers with a note that read: “We’ve paid off your mortgage.”

In 1996, Trump filed a lawsuit

against the city of Palm Beach, Florida accusing the town of discriminating against his Mar-a-Lago resort club because it allowed Jews and blacks.
Abraham Foxman, who was the Anti-Defamation League Director at the time, said Trump “put the light on Palm Beach – not on the beauty and the glitter, but on its seamier side of discrimination.”
Foxman also noted that Trump’s charge had a trickle-down effect because other clubs followed his lead and began admitting Jews and blacks.

In 2000, Maury Povich featured a little girl named Megan who struggled with Brittle Bone Disease on his show and Trump happened to be watching.
Trump said the little girl’s story and positive attitude touched his heart.
So he contacted

Maury and gifted the little girl and her family with a very generous check.

In 2008, after Jennifer Hudson’s family members were tragically murdered in Chicago, Trump put the Oscar-winning actress

and her family up at his Windy City hotel for free.
In addition to that, Trump’s security took extra measures to ensure Hudson and her family members were safe during such a difficult time.

In 2013, New York bus driver Darnell Barton spotted a woman close to the edge of a bridge staring at traffic below as he drove by. He stopped the bus, got out and put his arm around the woman and saved her life by convincing her to not jump.
When Trump heard about this story, he sent the hero bus driver

a check simply because he believed his good deed deserved to be rewarded.

In 2014, Trump gave

$25,000 to Sgt. Andrew Tamoressi after he spent seven months in a Mexican jail for accidentally crossing the US-Mexico border.

President Barack Obama couldn’t even be bothered to make one phone call to assist with the United States Marine’s release;

however, Trump opened his pocketbook to help this serviceman get back on his feet.

In 2016, Melissa Consin Young attended a Trump rally and tearfully thanked Trump for changing her life. She said

she proudly stood on stage with Trump as Miss Wisconsin USA in 2005.
However, years later she found herself struggling with an incurable illness and during her darkest days she explained that she received a handwritten letter from Trump telling her she’s the “bravest woman, I know.”

She said the opportunities that she got from Trump and his organizations ultimately provided her Mexican-American son with a full-ride to college.

Lynne Patton, a black female executive for the Trump Organization, released

a statement in 2016 defending her boss against accusations that he’s a racist and a bigot.
She tearfully revealed how she’s struggled with substance abuse and addiction for years.

Instead of kicking her to the curb, she said the Trump Organization and his entire family loyally stood by her through “immensely difficult times.”

Trump’s kindness knows no bounds and his generosity has and continues to touch the lives of people from every sex, race and religion.
When Trump sees someone in need, he wants to help.
Two decades ago, Oprah asked Trump in a TV interview

if he’d run for president.
He said: “If it got so bad, I would never want to rule it out totally, because I really am tired of seeing what’s happening with this country.”

That day has come.
Trump sees that America is in need and he wants to help – how unthinkable!

The most corrupt family ever to be inthe US. And uninformed people are going to vote for her.

> Charles Krauthammer ON THE CLINTON'S.

> The Clinton Foundation is"organized crime" at it's finest, and we are financing it!  Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme.

> It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history and their undoing.  This is a textbook case on how to hide foreign money sent to you and re-package it, to be used for your own purposes. All tax free.

> Here's how it works:

> 1. You create a separate foreign "charity."  In their case one in Canada.

> 2. Foreign oligarch's & governments, then donate to this Canadian charity.  In this case, over 1,000 contributed mega millions.  I am sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return.  (Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send un-told millions to a Canadian charity).

> 3.The Canadian charity then bundles these separate unidentified individual donations & makes a massive donations to the Clinton Foundation.

> 4. The Clinton Foundation, and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits, the identification of individual donors.

> 5. The Clinton Foundation, then "spends" some of this money, for legitimate good works programs.  Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of a mere 10%.  Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clinton's,  pay "salaries?" to untold numbers of hangers on, & fund lavish travel, etc.  Again virtually all tax free, which means you & I are subsidizing it.

> 6. The Clinton Foundation with access to the world's best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings.  They discover these "clerical errors" and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.
>

>
>
> 7. Net result: foreign money, much of it from other countries, goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free & untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering.  Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes, as a principal one Frank Giustra.  Google him.  He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia.  This transaction required U.S. State Department approval.  Guess who was Secretary of State, when the approval, was granted?
>
>
> As an aside, imagine how former, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels.  That poor schlep, is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal, but it didn't exactly put U.S. security at risk.  Sarcasm aside, if you are still not persuaded, this was cleverly structured in order to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton's.
>

>
>
> Ask yourself this: Why did these foreign interests, funnel money, through a Canadian charity?  Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations & countries in need?  This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling.
>
>
> Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take.  Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest, and criminal.  They are Slick!  Warning : They could be back in the White House, in January 2017.  Do not let it happen.

>
> Remember, most people are not well informed.  We must somehow inform and educate them.

Am I Racist

I recently put an article on Facebook Gossip Board about a local RC School putting out a letter in English and Polish. My point was that it would be better for integration if everyone learnt English in England. Most people agreed with me some did not and some of those made valid points about using both languages, Now you would have thought that would be the end of the subject NO there was a very small group who’s ideology does not allow the English language to be dominant in England and there chant was this was a Racist remark and Martin Clarke therefore must be a racist
For those who know me will know I travel all over the World with Judo and Sambo and have friends in many countries BUT what really makes the remarks stupid and unfounded is my Judo/Sambo Club at the Swale Martial Arts Club. Tonight (Tuesday) we had children and adults from Poland, South Africa, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Russia and France all speaking English and working together with the locals who are of different colours and ethnic groups. Now I and my club practise integration I it is also interesting to know most of our new members are from Eastern Europe also all are signs and notices are in English

Minching Woods Churches Poverty

I recently had a walk in Minching Woods Nr Doddington and noticed they were coppicing. Many Townies say to me look they are destroying our woodland by cutting it all down but actually coppicing is basically harvesting Chestnut Wood, it is cut then allowed to grow again and about 15 years later you cut it again. When I was 15 years old I left school to become an Agricultural Apprentice working for A Hinge & Sons Borden. My wages were 11 shilling (55p) for a 48 hour week a mans wage was less the £10 a week, then when I left to go to college I was on the grand sum of £4 hour for a 44 hour week I then went on Hadlow Agricultural College for a year. I passed several City & Guilds and a NCA. After leaving College at 19 I had a couple of years in the Farming business working as a Dairyman, Shepherd and Contract Crop Sprayer but I was very mediocre at Farming so at 21 I became a Professional Judo Coach, like my parents, now there was something I was good at. I worked mainly for the KEC but was only paid per hour during school term, the hourly rate was good but you were only allowed to work 22 a hours a week. So with a young family I had to do extra work weekends and during the School holiday. This is where my Farming experience became in handy as during the Summer I would go Fruit picking, Straw Cart etc. winter time I would go with my old Farm Foreman Stan Williams Coppicing Chestnut wood, we cut them down for Hop Poles, sometimes cut them in 3ft lengths for Cord wood for the local paper mill, bean sticks and pea bows. There was nothing like a cold frosty winter days sitting by a fire toasting your sandwiches on a Chestnut fire. Weekends I would work as an Electrician Mates for Parmans. Now why am I reminiscing about all this quite simply I wanted to put things into context with the England of today in respect to a young family man in the 1960’s/70’s. The government gave you very little all we got was a bit of family allowance, there was no such thing as tax credits or food banks, being on the dole was frowned upon and was only there as a stop gap not a permanent life style choice. Yet with none of these extras we all managed to survive none of us starved and some even purchased houses, yes things were tight and we were often hard up. Most of the time we made do with second hand goods, did not go out drinking and never had foreign Holidays THIS WAS CALLED LIVING WITHIN YOUR MEANS. You wanted more you worked for it. Something this generation seems to forget Poverty in the UK is as follows:A household is in relative poverty (also called relative low income) if its income is below 60% of the median household income. Because the government is measuring quality of living rather than earning power, incomes are measured after taxes and benefits.18 Aug 201660% of medium Household income is £14133 per annum that’s £271 a week after Taxes and benefits? Now do you honestly believe that is being in poverty?

What do you think

Below is an article I put on Gossip Board Facebook The majority agreed with me but several said we should put languages of all foreigners who use the school, some said I was racist because I said the following what do you think
St Peters RC School have circulated a communication stating that it will be in English and Polish? Now I know a lot of the School are RC Polish which has been a good thing for the English Roman Catholic Church but does this School not realise we live in England a country that speaks English and the best way to encourage integration is for us all to speak the same language. I very much doubt Schools in Poland communicate in English as well as Polish
