Welsh Rugby Bodily Challenged

Walking through the Bar here in Tenerife the Rugby had just started was quite shocked to see how many English are cheering for the Australians, seems there is a bit of jealous. I hope the Welsh win and make it to the final at least we will have a UK country there

On holiday here you do see some strange site especially the under 30’s. Being originally 6ft 2 ins (it seems since I have had 2 knee replacements I have shrunk to 6ft) I was always one of the tallest not now there must be at least a dozen here who are 6ft plus even my 15 year old grandson is taller then me. The other thing I notice is the young women under 30, 50% have good-looking figures but the other 50% are Bodily Challenged (Fat). One wonders why? The obvious answer is they eat to much and drink to much BUT is that the case or is just the way they eat?

I am here with a School friend of mine Keith Whyman who is an EC member of the Christmas Eve Club, we both went back to our childhood days to compare with today.

First thing we both agreed that we always ate cooked meals made by our mothers. Pre made meals did not exist or if they did we never had them. In my house you were not allowed to the Pantry with out the permission from Mum so snacking between meals never happened. The only Takeaway was Fish & Chips and that was a treat on a Friday, I can remember the excitement when the first Chinese opened near the Golden Eagle in the High Street, The Tai Wa (believe that what is was called) everyone wanted to experience this new food. Well nearly everyone there were the odd few who called it foreign muck and would never take of, they said the same with Garlic that French muck. In fact my first Curry was from the Chinese it would be some years later before we had an Indian Restaurant. Now practically every other shop in Sittingbourne is a Fast Food outlet. So could it be the Bodily Challenged will become the norm I hope so as at 24 stone I will become normal, if that is possible

Left-Wing dictatorship

The radical Left-wing now led by Labours Corbyn and Watson will do anything to achieve their aim of a left-wing Dictatorship. They will lie, cheat, destroy people’s reputation; commit violent acts and violent demonstration. They will ignore the Democratic process the recent vile demonstration at the Conservative Conference where left-wing agitators, most who were on benefit, tried to stop the Democrat right of a group of people to have a conference.

Is Russia right

Russia strikes at all Islamic Terrorists Cameron and Obama  complain because they are attacking Islamic Terrorists who they support?????  Whether you like Assad or not his was the legitimate government which was Secular allowed the worship of all Religions. Holiday In Teneriffe

I am enjoying my Holiday in Tenerife but disappointed with the Hotel Hovima Costa Adeje last time I visited it was the Lulabay, which I was well pleased with. Yet the food this time leaves a lot to be desired and is boring and bland plus not very well cooked. The entertainment is OK but not brilliant. Last time I was here evening meal you were expected to dress reasonably this is no longer the case. What annoys me most when they the Hotel does not apply the rules they make, towels are till put on sunbeds as early as 7 am, no inflatables in pool this is totally ignored all these little things add to a drop in standard in what supposed to be a 5 Star Hotel. We will be back in February but this time we will stay in the Flamingo, which has a small apartment

Most here have the compulsory Tattoos but what seems to be happening now is it seems to be a race to see who can get their whole body covered in the outlandish designs. One or two tattoos may look OK but as old-fashioned person I think the most look common and ugly (that will make me a few enemies) but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Why is it that as soon as someone comes on holiday they try and dress in in clothing they would not be seen dead in GB? My only different clothing is a pair of shorts but I always wear a shirt if walking around the town but this year I have seen so many women in their later years who shall we say are Large wearing Bikini to small for them and designed for a younger generation walking round town.

Couple of years ago I laughed at two seated Invalidly scooters but now they are all the rage for everyone have to admit it is good way to get around but have not been tempted myself. There seems to be a strange custom here as I have seen a lot of men in skimpy speedo and tight fitting vests holding hands walking around the town. Recently passed a Bar stating we are very opened minded. Did not go in but I expect it was a bar where you could discus the philosophies’ of Plato. Socrates, Marx etc very unusual do you think I have the right idea

bad Landlord

Private landlords come under a lot criticism especially from the Likes of Jeremy Corbyn and his left wing entourage most of its is unjustified BUT every now again you find out how some Landlords deserve the bad publicity

I am a Private Landlord and I would like to think a good one I rent one bedroom flats and bedsits and most of my Tenants have been with me long term one for over 30 years. My rents coincide with what the Local Council will give in terms of Housing benefit as several of my Tenants receive this.

Yet I have heard recently that a Landlord in Sittingbourne has put the rent up for a disabled person to £700 for a two bed flat, which is well above the Housing Benefit level. So this may force this individual into becoming homeless.

Now why the increase in Rent? You could understand if the Landlord was By to Let owner and the interest rate had increased or they had done some extensive modernisation but this not the case with this landlord All my flats have not had a rent increase for many many years and I have no future plans to increase. So the only reason I can see is greed and the ploy is obvious get rid of people on Housing benefit rent to some in work or several Eastern Europeans and increase the rental income. When this happens you can understand why some want Rent Control.

One thing that Landlords need is protection against is bad tenants who refuse to pay rent and damage property. Some years ago I had a female tenant who was on Housing Benefit she had this paid directly to herself she built up a debt of 4 months rent, I contact both the Council  and Police stating she was obtaining Housing Benefit fraudulently neither could or would help me. Eventually I made an agreement with that she leaved immediately and I would forgo the debt spending money on Court action is useless if the person has no money or property . This cost the Council Taxpayer £2000 and annoyingly she found another property and went straight on to Housing Benefit again with no punishment for her deception. Yet what was most galling was that I had turned away many deserving tenants who were in desperate need of housing. After she left I took on a tenant from the Reception centre who ahs been with me for several years, he started with housing benefit but is now working sometimes people need just a little helping hand to re-establish themselves. Maybe those who are prepared to give up rooms to foreign immigrants should look closer to home to satisfy their moral needs

Corbyn is he a traitor ?

How is it that we have so many people who hate Great Britain I refer to those who voted for Corbyn and his mates. Him and his mates sided with the IRA when then they were killing British Soldiers and British Subjects, here is a man and his mates who thought it was a shame that the Mass murderer Bin Laden was killed, here was a man who refused to sing the National Anthem in respect for British War dead, here was a man who refuses to meet our Honorary head of state, here was a man that encouraged the great unwashed to demonstrate and threaten delegates with violence most of which were receiving unemployment benefit given by a Nation he despises, here was a man who opposed his  own Labour Party on countless occasions, here is a man who wants to turn GB into a failed Communist state. Yet there are people who are idiotic enough to vote for him?

You only really need to know one thing: he thinks the death of Osama bin Laden was a “tragedy”.

No. A tragedy is nearly 3,000 people murdered one morning in New York. A tragedy is the mums and dads who never came home from work that day. A tragedy is people jumping from the towers after the planes hit.

My friends – we cannot let that man inflict his security-threatening, terrorist-sympathising, Britain-hating ideology on the country we love.
