You sell them and retire on the income.
ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND (VENTURE) CAPITALISM You have two cows.
You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows.
The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Island Company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company.
The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on
one more.
You sell one cow to buy a new president of the United States , leaving

A BRITISH CORPORATION
You have two cows.
Both are mad.
AN IRAQI CORPORATION

1962 -2012

The recent letter on the Secular Society has made me think really hard. So I started by comparing today 2012 to 1962

In 1962 times were a lot harder financially nearly everything in real terms was more expensive and we had to make do with limited TV and radio. We still used our brains to work things rather then machines and we to rely on books to get information. Yet we still had Law and order and morals which the majority stuck by, we had respected for authority and respected those in authority. If a sign said no cycling in the park you did not cycle in the park. A criminal was not glorified in any way and when caught they got their just deserts, we also had full employment so if you were on the dole you were looked down on. Marriage was the norm and most Husbands and Wives stuck together for life, it was considered the duty of the Husband to support his family. GB was still in charge of its own laws and borders.

So have things improved in 50 years in some ways yes. On the whole modern technology has been a boon to mankind, Medicine has improved beyond belief, cost of food is the lowest it has ever been, housing is better most people can afford a car, School buildings are better, although I think education standards are lower now then 1962. Discrimination because of colour and sexual orientation was banished with the hope that everyone was equal, sadly something that was good has become bad. The white heterosexual is being victimised because they are the majority, laws now pander to minority groups like homosexuals who are to just 1.5% of the population, yet they have laws which give them preferential treatment when applying for jobs, housing, political appointments etc they have civil partnership which is not available to Normal sexed people or family members. Of course this over indulgence is causing a backlash.

What I see to today is a breakdown of moral cohesion of GB mainly brought about by the lack of Religious teaching and the secular movement. So in 1962 most criminals were punished with some time draconian methods to day the modern way is a soft approach making excuses for the criminal, with the result more crime then 1962. No longer is marriage considered the only way to live in a relationship and have children we have what they call life style choices the result is Girls as young as 13 having children, relationship break up common place it is not unusual for a women to have children by several different men and the word absent father has become the norm. Our politicians are considered in the same breath as a used car dealer, the Police and its senior police officers are driven more by job promotion and political infighting then stopping crime, the judicial system is expansive and corrupt the ordinary person can no longer get justice and lawyers treat court cases as a game rather then finding the truth and with the medical profession, who on the whole are well paid, threatening industrial action not a lot can be said for 2012. Finally since joining the EU we have lost the power to run our own country in the way we want to.

My feeling is this is down to the lack of christian teachings and that does not mean make everyone to go to church it is about teaching children in school the ethics of christianity and most importantly Right from Wrong in black and white terms

But watch the video peter Oborne explains beautifully

'Religion appeals to something deep in the human spirit'
Peter Oborne, The Telegraph's chief political commentator, warns of the dangers of eroding the importance of religion in the success of schools and charities

EU and Gypsies

A friend of mine sent me this article and labeled it
“Lunatics taking over the asylum”

The EU is paying for a seminar on Human rights for Gypsies and Travellers.
Here is a list of the speakers all paid for us the Tax payers not the  Gypsy fraternity who pay little or no Tax
Typical Bureaucratic Fas, with all these speakers being paid a handsome sum to discuss these people who flout the Law of the Country. EVEN MORE REASON TO GET OUT OF THE EU

What about the rights of the ordinary hardworking Englishman, who pays his taxes, lives by the letter of the law., what of their rights?

I do not have a lot of time for Travellers but I rather associate with them then those speakers and the EU who hide under the mantle of respectability and take Dane geld to keep themselves gobbling at the trough of money and hypocrisy

The Council of Europe's Commissioner for Human Rights, has told the UK Government it is failing to safeguard the human rights of the UK's Gypsy and Traveller population. In a letter published in The Independent to Communities Secretary Eric Pickles, the Council points to the eviction of travellers from Dale Farm as evidence of violation of international human rights conventions.

Local authority cuts to the number of Traveller sites, enable by the Government's Localism Bill, had been a contributory factor to the violation of Travellers' rights to adequate housing, enshrined in the European Convention of Human Rights, the Commissioner says.

"The events of October 2011 at Dale Farm in Basildon, Essex... powerfully illustrates these concerns," he adds.

Delivering Services for Gypsies and Travellers is the national conference for all those working in Gypsy and Traveller services. Taking place on Thursday 22nd March 2012 at Westminster Studio, London SW1 it will explore emerging trends, address the latest policy and encourage the sharing of best practice.

Secular society and Prof Richard Bailey

In last weeks paper Professor Richard Bailey gave a academic response to Prayers in Council Chambers, I was a councillor some 20 years ago and can not remember saying prayers and I have to agree that I saw no need for them but this business about Prayers before Council Meetings is really a smoke screen to promote a anti Christian Secular Society.
The person who originally brought the Human Rights case against Bideford council was a Militant Secularist and a former councillor who lost his seat, so therefor not even involved with the Council.  Saying prayers according Prof Richard Bailey is undemocratic yet the Council had a vote to see if prayers should be kept, or does Prof Richard Baileys idea of Democracy mean everyone who agrees with him?

He moves on to suggest that the majority of people in this country are not Christian because they do not attend Church wrong in the last Census a big majority still declared them selves to be Christian. I happen to one of those who was brought up Catholic but do not attend Church on regular basis but does that make me a Non believer OF COURSE NOT. Throughout his letter he try’s to give the impression that he some benevolent person who wants all religions and life styles to co exist yet this is not true he has no time for the Christian religion what so ever. In one debate I had with him on my Christian belief he tied to ridicule me and other Christians by referring to God as “ My little invisible friend” . Sadly he believes secularism is the only way forward and refers to religious services being bizarre and belonging in the bygone past

The secularist like Professor Richard Bailey would like to see all religion stopped in all public places even schools. Can I quote from an email I received “Then someone said we must not read the bible in school.  The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said okay.
Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.”

The laws and morals of these countries are built on the Christian faith, this country of ours is the most democratic and the freest in the World and that freedom was built on the Christian faith and ideals. This maybe inconvenient for people like Professor Richard Bailey and his secularist belief but it is fact. What we need is more Christian activity to stop the rise of secularism and its selfish beliefs.

Just to finish I am glad I have my invisible friend to guide me and will say a prayer for you to return to the faith something you used to believe in

Still like the EU?

Watch this film and there are still people who say we should stay in the EU including our EU puppet Prime Minister

Ban Religion

 had this sent to me.

The secular movement like the National Secular Society and Militant secularist like Richard Dawking will tell you that
Secularism is a principle that involves two basic propositions. The first is the strict separation of the state from religious institutions. The second is that people of different religions and beliefs are equal before the law.The real truth is they want to ban all religions especially Christianity, they say they are not atheist yet tell us that religion has no part in how society works. Well lets give you some idea of a secular society Nazi Germany, Communist Soviet Union, China, Pol Pot Now I know what I would want!

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.
My confession:
I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are, Christmas trees.
It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, 'Merry Christmas' to me. I don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it. It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in Malibu. If people want a creche, it's just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.
I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat.
Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren't allowed to worship God ? I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.
- - - - -
In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.
Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her 'How could God let something like this happen?' (regarding Hurricane Katrina).. Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said, 'I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?'
In light of recent events... terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.
Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he's talking about. And we said okay.
Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.
Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'
Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.
Are you laughing yet?
Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.
Pass it on if you think it has merit.
If not, then just discard it.... no one will know you did. But, if you discard this thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in.
My Best Regards, Honestly and respectfully,
Ben Stein
