Cars Have cost me a Fortune

The other day I was talking with a friend and he asked what was the best car I ever had. That left me to think and I had to say it was a Volvo 240 Saloon and the most expensive was VW Caravelle which cost £18,000 which was a lovely vehicle but so expensive to maintain in a two year period I spent £6000 on repairs I ended up selling it for £10,000 an extremely expensive car. Now I have a 7 seater Nissan Pathfinder for a big car it is economical capable of pulling my twin axle caravan and only cost £8,000 and this one will do till it falls apart. Cost of USA Petrol

A Friend of mine from the US sent me the following email it is worth a read but what shocked me is the US they are paying approx £2 a Gallon we pay pay £6

Next time you have to fill up at $3.49/gallon, think of this!!

OIL - You better be sitting down when you read this!

As you may know, Cruz Construction started a division in North Dakota just 6 months ago.  They send every Kenworth (9 trucks) we had here in Alaska to North Dakota and several drivers.  They just bought two new Kenworth's to add to that fleet; one being a Tri Drive tractor and a new 65 ton lowboy to go with it.  They also bought two new cranes (one crawler & one rubber tired) for that division.

Dave Cruz said they have moved more rigs in the last 6 months in ND than Cruz Construction moved in Alaska in the last 6 years.

Williston is like a gold rush town; they moved one of our 40 man camps down there since there are no rooms available.

Unemployment in ND is the lowest in the nation at 3.4 percent last I checked.

See anything in the national news about how the oil industry is fueling North Dakota 's economy?

Here's an astonishing read. Important and verifiable information:

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest.

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe Bay , and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil.  The Energy Information Administration sm(EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels.  Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable( 5 billion barrels), at $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor.

They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial analyst.

However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's massive reserves, and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels.  And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16   PER BARREL !!!!!!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight.

And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - because it's from 2006 !!!!!!

U.. S. Oil Discovery - Largest Reserve in the World

Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world.

It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels.  On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction.

In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted.

With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling?

They reported this stunning news:  We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth.

Here are the official estimates:

8 times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

18 times as much oil as Iraq

21 times as much oil as Kuwait

22 times as much oil as Iran

500 times as much oil as Yemen and it's all right here in the Western United States !!!!!!

HOW can this BE?  HOW can we NOT BE extracting this?  Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy.  WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East, more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped.  That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today , reports The Denver Post.

Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price even with this find?  Think again! It's all about the competitive marketplace, it has to.

OPEC is funding the environmentalists!!!

Got your attention yet?  Now, while you're thinking about it, do this:

Pass this along.  If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices, by doing NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain.

Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.

By the way, this can be verified.  Check it out at the link below !!!!!!

Bad Move to get rid of Gove

Cameron Cabinet reshuffle has caused quite a stir because of the sacking of many ministers. Shame Cameron did not sack himself that would have been the perfect reshuffle. I am glad they have got rid of Dominic Grieve Attorney General and Ken Clark both have been kicked out, both of them were Pro EU and Pro European Court of Human Rights both of which have been a disaster for this Country, Hague has passed his sell by date but getting rid of Michael Gove was a mistake he was the only one to stand to teachers and their disgraceful performance teaching the UK’s Children. I have often said being taught in the 1950’s and 1960’s produced 99% of children leaving school at 15 knowing how to read, write and do maths plus they respected authority and discipline i.e the 3 R’s Can that be said of the youth today who have to stay in school till they are 18 NO

My concern is that people are not given Jobs because of their capabilities; they are being rewarded because they are Female, Minority or Gay. Government Positions should be given on Merit not on so called Positive Discrimination. The Conservatives are now wanting to select potential MP’s on a Female only list why? Just to appease the so-called political elite We the Public want the best person for the job irrelevant of Gender or sexual preference

On Friday, I wondered what had happened to the Government’s much-trumpeted £26,000 benefits cap. This was in relation to a story about the father-of-13 from Ipswich claiming that his 300 koi carp had been poisoned by someone who resented the fact that his family gets £53,000 a year from the taxpayer.
Mail reader Keith Watson thinks he has the answer. ‘Obviously, each of the two council houses knocked together to accommodate the family qualifies for £26,000. The other £1,000 was for the upkeep of the now deceased koi carp.’

Complaints to NHS and NatWest

Over the last couple of days I have had to make a couple of complains one to the NHS see below and one to NatWest.
The NatWest complaint was about the delay in sending my activation code for Internet Banking, this was dealt with and I also received £50 compensation for the delay. I await the outcome from the NHS. What annoys me with the NHS and other Government Institutions is they always have an excuse mainly about resources but a lot of the time it is about being inefficient and the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing

Complaint Reference Diabetes Clinic

To Whom It May Concern

During February 2014 I visited my diabetic nurse she was concerned that my diabetes type 2 test strip figures was on the increase. This obviously was of some concern to me, so she referred me to a Mr Scobie Diabetic Clinic Medway Maritime Hospital. The appointment took Three and half months that in its self should have been a matter of complaint. On the 28th May I attended the clinic and was seen by two other specialist, they informed me that I was to stop taking some of the tablets and I would have to inject myself with insulin. This would be supervised by nurses in my area. A week later I visited my doctor to tell him what happened, he chastised me for stopping the tablets and he said you stop them when you are put on insulin. to my knowledge he has not received any information from the Diabetic Clinic. 6 weeks later I have not received any communication form the Diabetic Clinic or anyone else about my Insulin treatment, I have telephoned on several occasions only to get an answer phone I leave my relevant  details and never get a reply. Today I telephone 01634 833863 an answering machine told me this lady only worked Monday to Wednesday I was then to to telephone Mr Scobie's Secretary 01634 833864 yet another answer machine this time telling she was on holiday and would not be in the office

This is a disgraceful state of affairs especially as all we see in the Press and TV is the dangers of Diabetes and how should seek medical advice, yet the inefficiency of this department beggars belief. I trust this will receive your immediate attention

Yours

Martin Clarke

Immigrants-Same sex Sport

Same-sex dance ban plan sparks row

If same-sex dance is allowed in Mixed Sex events which some want enshrined in law surely the next step would be that all same sex events will be illegal. So we would see all Sporting Events for example being mixed sex. Is that the way we should go what is your opinion?

Jean-Claude Juncker tells Britain: There is NO hope of limiting immigrants into UK

Gay Cake

So the Gay mafia once again pounce, this time it is about a Gay Cake. It seem that a Christian Baker in Northern Ireland refused to bake a cake which celebrated gay Marriage they are now being taken to court and in all probability will have to pay compensation to this disgusting Homosexual who brought the case. This not about equality it is about getting money from decent hardworking Christian people.
The Disgusting Cake promoting Abnormal Marriage We need a PUTIN

What is this obsession with the Media, Press, Celebrities and Politicians trying to promote the abnormal sexual behaviour of just 1.5% of the population? They pontificate about equality fairness etc., yet they are the same people who have been involved in Mass paedophilia, sexual abuse and phone hacking but they all consider themselves above the Law and the Moral Codes of the British People. “Don’t Do AS I Do As I Say”

When will they realise that the majority of the population do not have Gay friends or relatives, this is not surprising when there is only 1.5% who are Gay. Quote from the Guardian the left leaning Pro Gay paper “The claim that just 1.5% of people in Britain are gay, lesbian or bisexual will come as a surprise to some - even perhaps those in government. When they were analysing the financial implications of the new Civil Partnerships Act, the Treasury estimated it was 6%. Stonewall, a gay rights charity reckon that 5-7% "is a reasonable estimate". You can see the propaganda put out by the Gay mafia and government to condone Same Sex Marriage

I know only 4 Gay men I do not know any Lesbian women, the 4 Gay men I know and they are not friends, are decent sought of chaps. None of them are camp none of them trying to thrust their sexuality down your throat, all of them are just normal blokes what they do in their bedroom they keep to themselves and that is the way it should be. Unlike the Gay Mafia whom in fact is political pressure group not fighting for equal rights but fighting for extra rights for just 1.5% and I wonder out of that 1.5% how many actually support this militant line

YET more importantly then the GAY issue it is the fundamental right of every UK Subject to be able to associate with whom they want. If this Gay Rights Con Man wins this case where do things stop. Could I be forced to advertise a rival Martial Arts Club in my Dojo? Could a UKIP office be forced to advertise the EU? Could a Butcher be forced to put up a sign condemning meat eaters and promote Vegetarians? I could go on. Will this come to pass? Already we Landlords have been told that people are trying to bring in a law where we can not refuse someone applying for a Tenancy and what about the rumour that Labour will force people in houses with spare bedrooms to take on a lodger? A ridiculous idea but with the PC Guru Harriet Harman in any Government everything is possible, you remember Harriet she was a lawyer for a organisation that supported PIE. Paedophile Information Exchange

I detest David Cameron he personally has done a great deal to destroy the Moral fabric of this Country BUT I will still vote Conservative because they are the only ones who will give us a vote on the EU. My hope is that they get back in and then there is Coup to oust Cameron and he can retire to the LIBDEMS
