A friend of mine who lives on the Isle of Sheppey has told me of a row about his daughter attending a Primary School who is forced to learn sections of the Koran. It seems the School has no Muslim children. Would they not be better of teaching the 3 R's especially as the percentage of Children moving on to Senior School who can not read and write is on the increase, well so I am told. Maybe our Council and MP should look into this.
