Only read if you are over 60

My friend Curt in the USA sent the following

THIS IS US!

Senior citizens are constantly being criticized for every conceivable deficiency of the modern world, real or imaginary. We know we take responsibility for all we have done and do not blame others.

HOWEVER , upon reflection, we would like to point out that it was NOT the senior citizens who took:

The melody out of music,

The pride out of appearance,

The courtesy out of driving,

The romance out of love,

The commitment out of marriage,

The responsibility out of parenthood,

The togetherness out of the family,

The learning out of education,

The service out of patriotism,

The Golden Rule from rulers,

The nativity scene out of cities,

The civility out of behavior,

The refinement out of language,

The dedication out of employment,

The prudence out of spending,

The ambition out of achievement or

God out of government and school.

And we certainly are NOT the ones who eliminated patience and tolerance from personal relationships and interactions with others!!

And, we do understand the meaning of patriotism, and remember those who have fought and died for our country.

Just look at the Seniors with tears in their eyes and pride in their hearts as they stand at attention with their hand over their hearts!

YES, I ' M A SENIOR CITIZEN!

I ' m the life of the party...... Even if it lasts until 8 p.m.

I ' m very good at opening childproof caps.... With a hammer.

I ' m awake many hours before my body allows me to get up.

I ' m smiling all the time because I can ' t hear a thing you ' re saying.

I ' m sure everything I can ' t find is in a safe secure place, somewhere..

I ' m wrinkled, saggy, lumpy, and that ' s just my left leg.

I ' m beginning to realize that aging is not for wimps.

Yes, I ' m a SENIOR CITIZEN and I think I am having the time of my life!

Now if I could only remember who sent this to me, I wouldn ' t send it back to them, but I would send it to many more too!

Spread the laughter

Share the cheer

Let ' s be happy

While we ' re here.

SCOTLAND & KENT

I recently attended the British Sambo Open in Dumfries Scotland and had a marvellous time the competition was excellent but it is the Scottish Countryside that blows me away. I have been travelling to Dumfries for over thirty years and I never stop wanting to visit, for those who have not visited Scotland you must the scenery is breath taking. Dumfries has rolling hills with acres upon acres of green grass, Lochs of pure silvery clear water go a little further and you will see forests with Deer, Ferrell Goats standing beside beautiful water falls with name like the Mare’s Tales, visit small towns like Moffat, enjoy the Bagpipes plus lots of little shops, tea rooms and of course do forget the Dumfries coast line and maybe visit a fishing village like Kippford and breath in the charm. Scotland clean and welcoming country, if I had the money I would buy a second home there not just because I love the place but it would upset the SNP.

Yet the following weekend I was in for a treat I decided to visit Kent’s Sissinghurst Castle Nr Tenterden, the Castle and the grounds were beautiful but it was the journey there and back was the treat. I travel down through Bredgar, Hollingbourne, Leeds, Cranbrooke, Headcorn and many more villages for those who know the area you will know you cross the North Downs. Kent away from the major towns and you will see a different beauty to Scotland, you will see orchards, apple and pear plantations, strawberry fields, acres of current bushes, then there are paddocks of horses, grass meadows with sheep and cattle, this time of year you can see green fields of young corn, yellow of rape, blue of linseed plus many other arable crops. Let’s not forget our chestnut woods with bluebells covering the floor like a carpet and the fluttering of a pheasant, the magnificent hedge rows. I returned through Pluckily, Fritterden, Three Chimneys, Biddenden, Crafty Green, Wye, Doddington, Rodmersham, and Bapchild what a drive, sometimes we do not recognise what we have in our own County. I am glad I was born a Man of Kent the side of the River Medway which has all the best of the County and I haven’t mentioned Romney Marsh and the great Kent Coast line yet

Census form completed

My census form has been returned.

In answer to the question: "do you have any dependants"

I put "Asylum seekers, Gypos, Smackheads, most of Liverpool,

the cast of Jeremy Kyle, the Bradford Taliban, Northern Rock, the Scottish NHS

and half of Eastern Europe".

Apparently, it wasn't the right answer!!!

A note from Bill Gates

This should be posted in every school or kid's bedroom.

Love him or hate him , he sure hits the nail on the head with this!

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about

eleven (11) things they did not and will not learn in school.

He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings

created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and

how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world doesn't care about your self-esteem.

The world will expect you to accomplish something

BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school.

You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity.

Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping:

They called it opportunity.

Rule 6 : If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault,

so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7 : Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring

as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills,

cleaning your clothes and listening to you

talk about how cool you thought you were.

So before you save the rain forest

from the parasites of your parent's generation,

try delousing the closet in your own room..

Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers,

but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades

and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer.

*This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9 : Life is not divided into semesters.

You don't get summers off and very few employers

are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF.

*Do that on your own time.

Rule 10 : Television is NOT real life.

In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11 : Be nice to nerds.

Chances are you'll end up working for one..

If you can read this... Thank a Teacher.

If you can read this in English... Thank a Soldier!

And for life and everything else you have... Thank God!!

Now... think about this and smile if you agree and please pass this on...

If you don't agree, go stick your head in the sand and take a deep breath!

This will upset those left wing Academics

Any of you on Facebook and want to wind up those academics who alternate world to the rest of us send this article

A few bits from my emails

Subject: FW: A Good laugh!!

My apologies for some of these…

My neighbour knocked on my door at 2:30am this morning, can you believe that 2:30am?! Luckily for him I was still up playing my Bagpipes.

Paddy says "Mick, I'm thinking of buying a Labrador. ""f*#k that" says Mick” have you seen how many of their owners go blind"

Man calls 999 and says "I think my wife is dead” The operator says how do you know? He says "The sex is the same but the ironing is building up!

I was in bed with a blind girl last night and she said that I had the biggest p*nis she had ever laid her hands on. I said "You're pulling my leg"

I saw a poor old lady fall over today on the ice!! At least I presume she was poor - she only had £1.20 in her purse.

My girlfriend thinks that I'm a stalker. Well, she's not exactly my girlfriend yet.

I woke up last night to find the ghost of Gloria Gaynor standing at the foot of my bed. At first I was afraid.......then I was petrified.

Went for my routine check up today and everything seemed to be going fine until he stuck his index finger up my bum! Do you think I should change dentists?

I was explaining to my wife last night that when you die you get reincarnated but must come back as a different creature. She said she would like to come back as a cow. I said your obviously not f--k--g listening.

The wife has been missing a week now. Police said to prepare for the worst. So I have been to the charity shop to get all her clothes back.

Dear Mr. Cameron,

Please find below our suggestion for fixing England 's economy.

Instead of giving billions of pounds to banks that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan.

You can call it the Patriotic Retirement Plan:

There are about 10 million people over 50 in the work force.

Pay them £1 million each severance for early retirement with the following stipulations:

1) They MUST retire. Ten million job openings - unemployment fixed

2) They MUST buy a new British car. Ten million cars ordered - Car Industry fixed

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage -

Housing Crisis fixed

4) They MUST send their kids to school/college/university -

Crime rate fixed

5) They MUST buy £100 WORTH of alcohol/tobacco a week .....

And there's your money back in duty/tax etc

6) Instead of stuffing around with the carbon emissions trading scheme that makes us pay for the major polluters, tell the greedy buggers to reduce their pollution emissions by 75% within 5 years or we shut them down.

It can't get any easier than that!

P.S. If more money is needed, have all members of parliament pay back their falsely claimed expenses and second home allowances

If you think this would work, please forward to everyone you know. If not, please disregard.

Grumpies of the World Unite

COWS

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Appleby almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the county of Cumbria?

And, they even tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 125,000 illegal immigrants wandering around our country. Maybe we should give each of them a cow.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE 10 COMMANDMENTS

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse or Parliament, is this -

You cannot post 'Thou Shalt Not Steal', 'Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery' and 'Thou Shall Not Lie'

in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians..... It creates a hostile work environment.

Subject: FW: Politically Incorrect...

1. In a local sports bar trivia quiz the other night, I lost by one point. The question was, where do women mostly have curly hair? Apparently, Africa is the correct answer.....

2. One of the other questions was to name two things commonly found in cells. It appears that 'African' and 'Americans' is not the correct answer.

3. I've heard that Apple has scrapped their plans for the new children's-oriented iPod after realizing that iTouch Kids is not a good product name.

4. A new Muslim clothing shop opened here in town, but I've been banned from it after asking to look at some bomber jackets.

5. You can say lots of bad things about pedophiles but at least they drive slowly past schools.

6. Just put a deposit down on a brand new Porsche and mentioned it on Facebook. I said "I can't wait for the new 911 to arrive!" Next thing I know 40,000 Muslims have asked to add me as a friend!!

7. The Red Cross knocked at my door asking if I could help towards the floods in Pakistan. I said I would love to, but my hose only reaches the bottom of the driveway.

When the widower gets there he takes one look at the stone to see that it's been engraved "She were thin".

The stone mason apologises profusely and assures the poor widower that it will be rectified the following morning.

Caravanning near Gulidford

This was our second weekend out in the caravan since its repair it was the weekend of April 15/16/17/2011 this time we travelled to Horsley Caravan Park East Horsley Nr Guildford Surrey, the journey was uneventful till we get near the site. These places always seem to have a little sign right opposite where you have to turn into and most of the time it is covered by a piece of shrubbery, this happened to us again a mile after the SatNav had said “you have reached your destination”. Obviously we had missed our turning, so now the mood had changed up till now Valerie (my wife ) had done a good job but why had she missed the sign? The excuse I am no good at map reading is not good enough she has a pair of eyes, her reply was some what not lady like but I forgave her. So a few enquiries from some locals set us on our way but finding a turning space for a caravan is no mean task sometimes you may have to travel miles before you can turn, this time I was lucky and found a large opening which informed everyone DO NOT TURN HERE , they must have known I was coming to stop everyone else,so I was lucky there was no one in my way and back we went. Coming the other way the sign was visible even Valerie spotted it.

Horsley Caravan and Camping Club site had nice fishing lake bang in the middle, the staffs were very friendly and we got a good spot. There are many Caravan associations but we find the Caravan and Camping Club the best, the sites are always clean they do not allow any rowdy behaviour and the pitches are quite large, there may be an area where kids can play but this is normal well away from the caravans. Some do have little halls where people can gather as yet I have never seen one in use but am told Christmas and New Year a few sites open and are inundated with vans and the hall are filled. The toilets etc are housed normally in a relatively new brick building on this particular site there were 3 showers for men and the same for women, plus lots of toilets and section for chemical wastes some have washing machines and dryers. There is no charge for using the showers but some have that terrible push button instead of a proper tap system but all in all good place. The more commercial sites are totally different they have bars, restaurants, swimming pools etc but with that comes rowdy behaviour several years ago we got on one of those sites just a day before the kids holiday when we arrived there was just 10 caravans within two days there was 500 a mini housing estate.

Now I know a lot of you are thinking all us Caravan people are anoraks well far from it, you see and meet people from all walks of life with an assortment of equipment. This weekend was typical around me we had good size Camper Van, a small Rascal Camper where the attached an awning, several small new caravans, tents of all sizes and shapes, there was one suitable for one person and other twice the size of my caravan it took him hours to erect. I am one for home comforts and easy life, so my Compass Rallye 650 is ideal, takes 20 minutes to set up another 20 minutes to set Porch awning up and we are in. Inside we have Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, shower(not big enough for me) and toilet (not to be used for big jobs) and of course most important of all TV, DVD etc. Caravan and Camping people are very friendly, polite and helpful, everyone acknowledges each with a Hello or good morning, if you have difficulty setting up there will always be some there to help. I wish I started year before I did but I do not think I could cope with 3 kids in the caravan as well no matter how much I loved them, to me caravanning is an adult pursuit. Valerie has just reminded me that we did take the kids when I had a Ford Camper back in 1983, now I know why I sold it,I must have been mad.

On Saturday we had a drive into Guildford, well as far as the Park and Ride, these are marvellous £4 return to the City Centre is the best way to get to a major town you do not know and the marvellous thing is only car drivers are allowed on non of those horrible pedestrians who can not afford cars are allowed. I am sure these bus companies hire drivers from the same agency that supplies drivers for the airports, all love driving at a break neck speed, enjoy throwing you around the bus and breaking hard plus they all have a face like a smacked cows rump. The city Centre is cobbled and hilly quite a pleasant place but full of up market shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc so quite upper crust but at the same time there were several tramps sitting around the place. I particularly enjoyed the street artists one was playing a saw have not seen that for 30 years, coffee was good but expensive. The City Centre was a wash with foreign languages and maybe 25 years ago one would have thought that unusual and exciting but today your thoughts go to what has happened to the English, why does everyone serving have an Easter European accent and I saw a multitude of women is strict Moslem garb, I find this worrying. One thing is for sure Caravanning is very much an English tradition you do get the odd Dutch, German, Belgium and French but 99% of the time all you hear is English thank god.

Sunday we rejoined the National Trust and had a walk round the grounds of Hatchlands Park thoroughly enjoyable, done the bluebell route brilliant display but can see them in our own chestnuts woods. Always on these walks you will get some one who will latch on to you, this time it was a couple with greyhound same age as us were real National Trust Campaigners and told us all about the different places to go plus told us all about their ailments, mind you I can bore for Britain when it comes to talk about my Knee and hip replacement and now I have a should injury plus nerves in my elbow are trapped and my hands are beginning to waste away, so who am I to talk. On the way back to the Camp site tried to find a pub we travelled for miles without any joy when we did find one it was full of vintage sports cars and we could not park.

The weekend finish by having a nice steak meal, a few gins and watching Lewis on the Box , can not wait for next weekend Easter we will be at one of my favourite places Romney Marsh

The Enemy within "Obama"

LONDON DAILY TELEGRAPH - very embarrassing!

The American people can now more readily "understand" why the Obama's were omitted from the guest list to the Royal wedding in April! This is a very sobering article. Our handling of relationships with the Britons over the oil spill didn't help either.

From The London Daily Telegraph Editor On Foreign Relations

Quote:

"Let me be clear: I'm not normally in favor of boycotts, and I love the American people. I holiday in their country regularly, and hate the tedious snobby sneers against the United States . But the American people chose to elect an idiot who seems hell bent on insulting their allies, and something must be done to stop Obama's reckless foreign policy, before he does the dirty on his allies on every issue."

One of the most poorly kept secrets in Washington is President Obama's animosity toward Great Britain , presumably because of what he regards as its sins while ruling Kenya (1895-1963).

One of Barack Hussein Obama's first acts as president was to return to Britain a bust of Winston Churchill that had graced the Oval Office since 9/11. He followed this up by denying Prime Minister Gordon Brown, on his first state visit, the usual joint press conference with flags.

The president was "too tired" to grant the leader of America 's closest ally a proper welcome, his aides told British journalists.

Mr. Obama followed this up with cheesy gifts for Mr. Brown and the Queen. Columnist Ian Martin described his behavior as "rudeness personified." There was more rudeness in store for Mr. Brown at the opening session of the United Nations in September. "The prime minister was forced to dash through the kitchens of the UN in New York to secure five minutes of face time with President Obama after five requests for a sit down meeting were rejected by the White House", said London Telegraph columnist David Hughes. Mr. Obama's "churlishness is unforgivable", Mr. Hughes said.

The administration went beyond snubs and slights last week when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton endorsed the demand of Argentine President Cristina Kirchner, a Hugo Chavez ally, for mediation of Argentina 's specious claim to the Falkland Islands , a British dependency since 1833. The people who live in the Falklands, who speak English, want nothing to do with Argentina . When, in 1982, an earlier Argentine dictatorship tried to seize the Falklands by force, the British -- with strong support from President Ronald Reagan -- expelled them.

"It is truly shocking that Barack Obama has decided to disregard our shared history," wrote Telegraph columnist Toby Young. "Does Britain 's friendship really mean so little to him?" One could ask, does the friendship of anyone in the entire world mean anything to him?

"I recently asked several senior administration officials, separately, to name a foreign leader with whom Barack Obama has forged a strong personal relationship during his first year in office," wrote Jackson Diehl, deputy editorial page editor of the Washington Post, on Monday. "A lot of hemming and hawing ensued." One official named French President Nicolas Sarkozy, but his contempt for Mr. Obama is an open secret. Another named German Chancellor Angela Merkel. But, said Mr. Diehl, "Merkel too has been conspicuously cool toward Obama."

Mr. Obama certainly doesn't care about the Poles and Czechs, whom he has betrayed on missile defense. Honduras and Israel also can attest that he's been an unreliable ally and an unfaithful friend. Ironically, our relations with both Israel and the Palestinian Authority have never been worse. Russia has offered nothing in exchange for Mr. Obama's abandonment of missile defense. Russia and China won't support serious sanctions on Iran . Syria 's support for terrorism has not diminished despite efforts to normalize diplomatic relations. The reclusive military dictatorship that runs Burma has responded to our efforts at "engagement" by deepening its ties to North Korea ..

And the Chinese make little effort to disguise their contempt for him.

For the first time in a long time, the President of the United States is actually distrusted by its allies and not in the least feared by its adversaries. Nor is Mr. Obama now respected by the majority of Americans. Understandably focused on the dismal economy and Mr. Obama's relentless efforts to nationalize and socialize health care, Americans apparently have yet to notice his dismal performance and lack of respect in the world community. They soon will.

To Editor on AV

Dear Editor

I am far from happy about our electoral system but the proposed Alternative Vote system is a nonsense , this is a system where you can get everyone last choice voted in a daft system. I think we have two choices Keep the first past the system where the where there is ONE MAN ONE VOTE but make it compulsory to vote with a “not one of the above” the reason we have a low voting turnout is because most people are too lazy to get to the polling station. Another way is Half of the MP’s would be voted in on first past the post with the constituencies being doubled in size and the candidate not allowed to show the name of the party on any electoral material, this would stop the major parties bringing in Party Stooges the candidate would have to work hard to get his name about. This will keep the link between the MP and the electorate and the other half on how you vote for the relevant political party i.e. if One party gets 50% of the vote they 50% of the MP’s and so on

Climate Change just a way to tax us

I got this of the DN nicely put

Ok, the climate 'changes' - so far it's changed 0.8 deg C (+/- 0.18 deg) in the last 100 years. It has always 'changed', it will continue to 'change' - that's how the world works. But there is STILL no direct evidence that man is the cause. Supposition, rumour, concensus, scaremongering etc but NO VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE. By allocating stories such as this a 'climate change' heading you not only mislead, you garner criticism of your biased reporting techniques.

Ely school gives 717 children detention in 4 days after rules crackdown Mail Online

Scotland said that Kids as young as 14 should be able to leave school as long as they were moved into an apprenticeship. I think this a great idea but feel 15 would be a more appropriate age. Keeping kids on till they are 18 is ridiculous, 16,17 and 18 they are Young Adults and to keep those at school who do not want to be there is a recipes for disaster. I know many youngsters who would be better being at work at 15, I am 61 and my generation all left school at 15 we soon grew up when we got into the work place. The money spent keeping kids at school would be better spent paying firms to take on apprentices or some other for of training, why not start training some to work on farms the farmers are always complaining they do not have the skilled worked force that’s why they employ foreign labour or even go back to the old YTS scheme. All successive governments have made to much on going to University anyone not going they consider a failure, they want have a system where all the British are the managers, doctors, professinals etc and the rest of the work can be done by cheap foreign labour leaving the rest on the scrap heap. The British Government no matter what party should be governing and responsible for all the people not just a proportion

I am back on Caravan Trail

Those who have been following my Blog will know I turned my Caravan over 3 years ago on the Motorway and it has taken that long to get the Insurance Company Royal Sun Alliance to pay out. Well last weekend was our first trip out and we went just a few miles away to Little Satmar Capel-le-Ferne Folkestone. Caravanning is supposed to be relaxing I am afraid that is not always the case, once again I asked Valerie to see me back on the Caravan hitch and as per usual she places herself where I can’t see her in the mirrors a little bit of shouting and words like are you stupid rectified that. So we are all hitched ready to go last check is the lights and you guessed one side doesn’t work. So we test all the bulbs they are OK next thing is the fuse board but where is that, anyone who has a caravan will tell you the manual is useless so phone call to company that repaired it OK the fuse board is under the bed so take of all the cushions mattresses etc to get the fuse board but how to test the fuses? Change them around this made know difference. So back to the repair company with the reply “I thought you meant internal lights, the fuse board has nothing to do with rear external lights” So last resort get the AA which surprisingly enough covered my caravan as well, they stripped the back lights emery clothed everything and got them working.

So 3 hours late we are off down the M20 with them big juggernauts pulling you over as they overtake doing a steady 50 mile an hour, yes you would have enjoyed following me. On arrival at Little Satmar we were one of only 3 caravans and now came the set up, surprisingly both the wife and I have set jobs and this went quite smoothly. Once inside the Caravan Valerie is the Boss and I do as I am told, I have no idea how the cooker, fridge, freezer and micro wave work as for making beds and using a dustpan and brush is beyond me so I think the best thing for me do is just sort the TV out and wait till she has made me a cup of tea.

Now it is time to relax and yes that is exactly what we do, we both read, I write on my laptop, Valerie does her word search and we listen to Radio 4 till about noon and then we go out, oh I forgot Valerie makes the breakfast and washes up, I do dry the spoons.

Folkestone does not have a very good reputation, derelict buildings, Illegal immigrants and of course CHAVS. The latter especially the fat over weight female chavs seems to meet around the beach section of the harbour. They are easily spotted about twice the weight they should be, clothes to small for them, lot of wobbly fat on show, mobile to the ear, smoking and eating a burger. This amazing feat is splattered with swear words and pieces of food flying out of the mouth. Sitting round this beach area is quite interesting if you are in to people watching, the Chavs catch your eye straight away but there so many others, joggers, young families, older couples, people on mobility scooter and the amount of people with dogs unbelievable. Before you get to the Beach you pass all the sea food stands and the seafood in Folkestone is the best you will get any where local whelks and the home made chowder is to die for and if you like a drink there several Pubs although some of them do have that rather special breed using them, the PARENTS of CHAVS. Mind you may walk for a while without hearing the English language most are tourists thank god the illegal seem to congregate around the town.

The part which will remind you of the glory days of the town is THE LEAS this is a lovely area with clean beaches a beautiful little park which has an adventure playground for the kids and right at the end a nice little café with some good food and coffee, mind you my cup still had some lip stick on it but overall I like Folkestone and the surrounding country side and you have the Romney Marsh just ½ hour away a place where I spent most of my summers at, all in all a good weekend.

Little Satmar is a caravanning and camping club site and has all the amenities which are clean and tidy but I wish these places would not have push button showers which last for about 10 seconds, which shall return especially as Colin Carrott has a couple Judo and Sambo events near by.

Non PC Joke from Australia

A refuse collector in Cairns , Australia , is driving along a street

picking up the wheelie bins and emptying them into his compactor.

He goes to one house where the bin hasn't been left out, and in the

spirit of kindness, and after having a quick look about for the bin, he

gets out of his truck goes to the front door and knocks.

There's no answer.

Being a kindly and conscientious bloke, he knocks again - much harder.

Eventually a Chinese man comes to the door. "Harro prease!" says the

Chinese man.

"Gidday, mate! Where's ya bin?" asks the collector.

"I bin on toiret," explains the Chinese bloke, a bit perplexed.

Realising the fellow had misunderstood him, the bin man smiles and tries

again. "No ! No ! Mate, Where's your dust bin?"

"I dust been to toiret, I toll you!'' says the Chinese man, still

perplexed.

"Listen," says the collector. "You're misunderstanding me. Where's your

'wheelie' bin?'"

"OK, OK." replies the Chinese man with a sheepish grin and whispers in

the collector's ear. "I wheelie bin having sex wiffa wife's sista!"

Sue wrote "yes i totaly agree with this, as being brought up on a fruit farm myself there never use to be any foreign workers, now there is over 500 of them and they are not just taking the crops off they are running the place too they are also in the offices, they are everywhere hundreds of our countries jobs being taken, this is wrong, there are people out there that are struggling to make ends meet and would take these jobs."

A letter from South Africa

South Africa is continually being used as an example of how African Countries govern, yet the shanties town are still there? The majority of Whites have left or been kicked out and it is the Poor Black South African who is still suffering Why? In the World cup they interviewed some people from the Townships and they said they have the vote but they were better of under apartheid! So what has happened to South Africa maybe Nelson Mandela was just another terrorist leader and not the Messiah people think he is?

This was a reply to an article, in the Natal Mercury

(last week), where the previously disadvantaged

(Blacks) stated that it's not too late for the

previously advantaged (including whites, Indians

and Coloureds) to apologize for apartheid. Check

out the reply. Just too hot and so true.

This was in the SA paper last week (Mercury). The main headline stated the following:

It's not too late for whites to say sorry for Apartheid.............

Check the email that went around responding to

the headline.

'To the Previously Disadvantaged'

We are sorry that our ancestors were intelligent, advanced and

daring enough to explore the wild oceans to discover new countries

and develop them.

We are sorry that those who came before us took you out of the

bush and taught you that there was more to life than beating drums,

killing each other and chasing animals with sticks and stones.

We are sorry that they planned, funded and developed roads,

towns, mines, factories, airports and harbours, all of which you now

claim to be your long deprived inheritance giving you every right to

change and rename these at your discretion.

We are sorry that our parents taught us the value of small but

strong families, to not breed like rabbits and end up as underfed,

diseased, illiterate shack dwellers living in poverty.

We are sorry that when the evil apartheid government provided

you with schools, you decided they'd look better without windows

or in piles of ashes.

We happily gave up those bad days of getting spanked in our all

white Schools for doing something wrong, and much prefer these

days of freedom where problems can be resolved with knives and guns.

We are sorry that it is hard to shake off the bitterness of the

past when you keep on raping, torturing and killing our friends and

family members, and then hide behind the fence of 'human rights'

with smiles on your faces.

We are sorry that we do not trust the government... We have no

reason to be so suspicious because none of these poor "hard working

intellectuals" have ever been involved in any form of "corruption or

irregularities".

We are sorry that we do not trust the police force and, even

though they have openly admitted that they have lost the war against crime

and criminals, we should not be negative and just ignore their

corruption and carry on hoping for the best.

We are sorry that it is more important to you to have players of

colour in our national teams than winning games and promoting

patriotism.

We know that sponsorship doesn't depend on a team's success.

We are sorry that our border posts have been flung open and now

left you competing for jobs against illegal immigrants from our

beautiful neighbouring countries.

All of them countries that have grown into economic powerhouses

after kicking out the 'settlers'.

We are sorry that we don't believe in witchcraft, beet root and

garlic cures, urinating on street corners, virginity testing, slaughtering

of bulls in our back yards, trading women for cattle and other

barbaric practices.

Maybe we just grew up differently.

We are sorry that your medical care, water supplies, roads,

railways and electricity supplies are going down the toilet because

skilled people who could have planned for and resolved these issues

had to be thrown away because they were of the wrong ethnic

background and now have to work in foreign countries where their

skills are highly appreciated.

We are so sorry that we'd like this country to fulfil its potential so

we can once again be proud South Africans.

Fury at Fruit Farm plan for Caravans for Bulgarians and Romanians

Fury at Fruit Farm

Dear Editor

I can understand the resident’s fury at Caravans on Fruit farm run by A C Goatham, if this had been a application for a Gypsy Site the Council would have moved heaven and earth to stop it being approved, look at Upchurch as an example and that one looks well kept. So what benefit will the community get from have over 90 foreign workers from Romania and Bulgaria NONE what benefit will the country get from these workers NONE as I expect none will stay long enough to pay taxes. So who will gain obviously the workers they can send all their money back home but the main beneficiary will be A C Goatham who will be getting a load of cheap Labour and also will be getting rent for his caravans.

Let me suggest a novel idea for A C Goatham instead of building a mini village with caravans How about employing local Labour yes they will cost a little more and in all probability they will not work 12 hours a day 7 days a week and yes you will pay National Insurance contribution and PAYE but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you will be helping your fellow English men and yes your profit margin will be less but you will not need to tread on unemployed Englishman getting to the bank. Its about time these greedy money grabbing Fruit Farmers realised they have a duty of care to their fellow English but NO they will bleat on about how lazy the English are and they can not get any English workers and they have to use Employment Agency who in return only accept foreign workers. When was the last time this newspaper carried an advert asking for fruit pickers something common 20 years ago.

I will watch with interest when this goes before the planning committee and I will note how each councillor votes and I will remind the electorate about those who would support a foreign work force while Millions of Englishman are unemployed.

Vote

Vote Labour in with an Empty Head
Vote them out with an empty pocket

Well known saying

TUC Riots

• The riots in London over the TUC March have created a great deal of interest over the Blogasphere and Face Book. Most people agree that everyone is entitled to peaceful demonstration but the prediction regarding the crazies that hijacked the Alternative March was correct. When are we going to accept reality? Since the Students March it should be obvious that a large scale political march is impossibly without destruction and violence. The TUC must have known this would happen. So instead of demonstrating in the City why not demonstrate in one of the Parks you would still get the publicity and show your frustration without the violence and destruction

I think you all agree we should have the right to protest although some freedom of speech has been eroded through political correctness. I am happy for people to express their opinion and march if they wish but they cannot be so naïve not to realise that all and sundry will take the opportunity for their own publicity. For example marching with a CND banner implies that all campaigners for unilateral nuclear disarmament are against the cuts when in reality this would only apply to Trident. Likewise the Green Party whose agenda would raise the cost of fuel. Carrying any banner without consulting the members or at least executive is wrong for it implies the agreement of the entire group. Unfortunately the precedent of last year’s students’ march now means that the nutters will always turn up for a riot; they don’t need a banner.

Here is another suggestion. Although the cost of policing is paid for from the public purse, the cost of damages should be a liability for the march organisers. They would require insurance cover as you would for any public event. This could have a self policing effect as insurance premiums could rocket to unacceptable levels."

8 out of 10 jobs

8 out of 10 new jobs went to Foreign workers at time when unemployment is it at its highest level for Brits in over 20 years, I am quite aware the last Labour Government are responsible but what is this excuse for a government doing, yes this Coalition NOTHING. The Libdems once again have beaten the Tories on policy its them that do not want to stop immigration. Another election is what we need to put in a proper Tory Government not this Libdem led nonsense.

What of our companies how do they help? They employ cheap foreign Labour so there profits get even bigger, they will step on a jobless Brit to make more money and yes and in this area it is mainly farmers and builders who take on this scab labour.

What of the Unions they no longer want to look after the working Brit all they are interested in is making political statement and organising political strikes,. Instead of chasing the immigrants to join the union how about looking after British Workers after all that is why you were formed

World War 2 and Nobby Elmer

I was born in 1950 5 years after World War 2 my father was English and my mother was German and I have a great deal of pride in both Countries
It is only when you get older do you realise how close you were to historical events, most of my mates fathers had served in the war as did my father in law, most rarely spoke of that time of their lives. My next door neighbour served on MTB Boats, two doors down was a POW for most of the war, two doors up was ex Sergent Major, several of our school teachers ex military and so on.One of my best friends fathers Nobby Elmer was also a POW and a few years just before he died I visited him and we talked about his experiences, I had known him for 50 and this was the first time he spoke to me about that time as he POW. He even had a photo album which he showed me and which he explained in great detail, hopefully that has been kept it was a great piece of History. What was the most inspiring thing I heard from him was that he held no malice to the German Soldier, he said they were fighting for their country like he was fighting for his. I had spoken to some old soldiers in Germany and they said the same, I can still remember as a young boy some of the ex German Officers clicking their heels when they were introduced to my mother and father. When I joking said to Mr Elmer if you had been a POW for all them years you must have had some back pay he laughed and said no back pay no counselling just Family the same as thousands of others.
It is only now that I realised how privileged I was to have known such men from both sides, sorry to say as a rule they do make them like that any more well there are a few and they serving their country in Iraq and Afghanistan and I am honoured and privileged to know just a few of them

Any way I love stirring music The Bagpipes, songs like Rule Britannia, Men of Harlech on the German side they had some great Marches and I have included a clip from the "Battle of the Bulge" and the Universal Soldiers song Lilli Marlene. This song was made famous recording was by Marlene Deitrich but most German Soldiers and German people consider her a traitor, my mother included so have shown another recording

Bill for President

Bill Cosby has done it again!

When injustice becomes law, then Rebellion becomes duty!"

- Thomas Jefferson--

THREE CHEERS FOR BILL COSBY!

There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.

Please use in that order.

Bill Cosby has a great way of "distilling" things.

Looks like he's done it again!

AMERICA NEEDS A CANDIDATE WITH THIS PLATFORM!!

I HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT IN THE YEAR 2012..

HERE IS MY PLATFORM:

(1). Any use of the phrase: 'Press 1 for English' is immediately BANNED!!!. English is the official language; speak it or wait outside of our borders until you can.

(2). We will immediately go into a two year isolationist attitude in order to straighten out the greedy big business posture in this country. America will allow NO imports, and we'll do no exports. We will use the 'Wal-Mart 's policy, 'If we ain't got it, you don't need it.' We'll make it here and sell it here!

(3). When imports are allowed, there will be a 100% import tax on it coming in here.

(4). All retired military personnel will be required to man one of the many observation towers located on the southern border of the United States (six month tour). They will be under strict orders not to fire on SOUTH BOUND aliens.

5). Social Security will immediately return to its original state. If you didn't put nuttin in, you AIN'T getting nuttin out. Neither the President nor any other politician will be able to touch it.

(6). Welfare. -- Checks will be handed out on Fridays, at the end of the 40 hour school week, the successful completion of a urinalysis test for drugs, and passing grades.

(7). Professional Athletes -- Steroids? The FIRST time you check positive you're banned from sports ... For life.

(8). Crime -- We will adopt the Turkish method, I.e., the first time you steal, you lose your right hand. There is no more 'life sentences'. If convicted of murder, you will be put to death by the same method you chose for the victim you killed: gun, knife, strangulation, etc.

(9). One export of ours will be allowed: wheat; because the world needs to eat. However, a bushel of wheat will be the EXACT price of a barrel of oil.

(10). All foreign aid, using American taxpayer money, will immediately cease and the saved money will help to pay off the national debt and, ultimately, lower taxes. When disasters occur around the world, we'll ask The American People if they want to donate to a disaster fund, and each citizen can make the decision as to whether, or not, it's a worthy cause.

(11). The Pledge of Allegiance will be said EVERY day
at School And every day in CONGRESS.

(12). The National Anthem will be played at all appropriate ceremonies, sporting events, outings, etc.

My apology is offered if I've stepped on anyone's toes .... Nevertheless.....

GOD BLESS AMERICA !

Sincerely, Bill Cosby
When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better.

From USA but sound familiar

Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with all the people that run this country!!!!!!

We're "broke" & can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,??????????

In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile, and Turkey.. And now Pakistan ..... home of bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!!

Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!

We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.

AMERICA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds, and mentally ill without treatment -etc,etc.

YET.....................

They have a 'Benefit' for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents, clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.

Sad isn't it?

99% of people won't have the guts to forward this.

I'm one of the 1% that just did

Cameron must go

The one thing about our political system is that we do not vote for a Prime Minister we vote for a local MP and I have a good one. Cameron would be the last person on earth I would vote for can not wait till the Conservatives get rid of this LibDem Leader

With regard to the Fostering ban the ones that will suffer will be the children who will no longer be fostered by a loving couple because of some political points scoring by the Gay Mafia

Is Secularism to blame?

My last Blog questioned what is happenning to our Country in 2011, I suggested that the rush to secularism could be part of the problem. Well I have just taken this of the internet

it has been argued that secularism is a movement toward modernization, and away from traditional religious values (also known as "secularisation").

Things have changed since I was 15

Things have certainly changed since I was 15 years old; I left school with the basic knowledge of the birds and bees, only knew one person who was divorced and aunt, only single parent I knew was someone whose husband had died. The only time you slept with your girlfriend was when you were married, If you got a girl into trouble you married her, there was hardly any VD and I heard about purple hearts but never saw one let alone took one.

Now we have sex education from when kids go to school when they are 5, we have a TV programme telling kids of 15 and 16 how to get the best out of sex, we have the largest amount of single mothers in Europe and VD at all time high plus we are told 50% of youngsters have taken drugs and 30% have had sex before their 13th birthday. Am I the only one who thinks something has gone tragically wrong with this country and the continuing move to becoming a secular society has taken our morality to all time low or is it, as some think, the Ultimate Freedom of the individual?

I recently heard of a mother allowing her 15 year old daughter to sleep with her 17 year old boyfriend, she maintained she was being a sensible mother by having a contraceptive implant put in her daughter/.Has the law changed because I thought that sex under 16 was illegal and the mother is aiding and abetting? What damage is it doing to the girl physically, mentally and emotionally? A women who was promiscuous in my younger days was referred to as a Slag or slut, I am told today they are referred to liberated independent women, one wonders who is really liberated the Male or Female

foster Parents lose out to Irons

Had to copy this article from Peter Hitchins

Who’ll defeat our Thought Police?

You may have thought that the Prime Minister was attacking multiculturalism when he made his militant-seeming speech in Munich a few weeks ago.

He is good at this kind of sleight of hand. In fact he knows perfectly well that Britain’s iron-bound ‘Equality and Diversity’ laws force us all to be multicultural.

The High Court has just made this very clear by trampling on the free speech and thought of a baffled and kindly Derby couple, Owen and Eunice Johns.

The judges pronounced that it was not yet ‘well understood’ that British society was largely secular and that the law has no place for Christianity.

Well, it is clearly understood now, by anyone paying attention.

They declared: ‘Although historically this country is part of the Christian West, and although it has an established church which is Christian, there have been enormous changes in the social and religious life of our country over the last century.

'We sit as secular judges serving a multicultural community of many faiths.’

What this meant, in this case, was that Mr and Mrs Johns are forbidden to foster any more children because they are not prepared to mouth the slogans of political correctness.

Note well, it is not even because of what they have said or might say – which would be quite bad enough. It is because of what they decline to say, because they do not believe it.

They believe instead in the Christian faith which made this country what it used to be. And the courts of England, turned upside down by the commissars of egalitarianism, now enforce this totalitarian concept.

The British State now has the legal power to punish us if we do not say what it wants us to. Once this idea is abroad, nobody is safe.

You might like to know that you paid double for this repulsive and shameful case to be brought. Not merely was it pursued by Derby City Council. (Bill £14,000). They were joined (with a separate legal team costing you another £14,000) by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

This is the body which said in court that the moral views of the couple might ‘infect’ a child – a statement they have apologised for, nearly six months later, after it got into the papers.

They claim it was a mistake. I think the only mistake was to let us know – too early – what sort of monster we are dealing with.

The EHRC, backed by the courts, is an actual Thought Police Force and Inquisition combined. It should be disbanded before it gets any more powerful. But the Muscular Liberal Mr Cameron won’t do that. Who will?

After nearly 3 years I get my Caravan repaired

Martin Clarke

118 East Street

Kent ME10 4RX

4 March 2011

Dear Editor

Can I warn all your readers about Caravan Insurance especially those with Caravan Guard and RSA Royal Sun Alliance. In May 2008 while travelling along the M26 my caravan had a puncture, with it snaking eventually turning 90 degrees facing oncoming traffic, then it turned over. We were extremely lucky on an occasion when we should have been killed, 1) there was very little traffic on the road and no lorries, as the caravan turned it went into the grass verge, as it began to turn over with the Car it jumped of the tow bar and just tipped on to its side. So God in his mercy let us live another day.

The Accident itself was stressful but that did not even compare with what would happen with the Insurance Company. First we had to contact the Police this we were charged for and then we had to have caravan collected and taken home cost £350. The accident happened in the morning we got home in the evening we had travelled 25 miles.

Our Caravan a Rallye Compass 650 was brought two years previous for £18000, on returning home I contacted the Insurance Broker Caravan Guard only to be told I had not given the right address for where my caravan was stored (what this has to do with the accident is beyond me) I emphatically denied this but when I looked at my policy the old storage address was present. I then told this was a mistake and was informed that I should have checked my details! I then pointed out that they had also made another mistake by including the wrong make of tracker this admitted to but would not admit to the storage venue.

I then had to go to the Ombudsman where I had to collect all evidence in my support, one thing I did was to ask for all telephone calls which they reluctantly gave me and which I had to pay for, I then had to pay to have them transcript into a word document. Two important messages were on the Telephone messages 1) I Had told them I had changed storage addresses 2) The agent I was dealing with laughed and said he has no chance of getting his money, when she put me on hold. Further copies of letters finally confirmed my story.

The Ombudsman made his decision in November 2010, RSA final paid up in February 2011, 2 years 10 months after the accident. Oh yes I had my caravan repaired and got back my £350 but I got no compensation for being without for nearly 3 years, no compensation for the loss of value and not a word of apology. By Law we have to have insurance but is not about time someone started checking on this greedy uncaring companies.

I have sent the editor the full transcript from the Ombudsman

Yours Faithfully

£8 a Gallon

The last couple of years we have seen a drop in people participating in Martial/Grappling Arts and because of the crisis of the Middle East there is talk of fuel going up to £8 a gallon, this will spark the end of some Major Competitions Home and Abroad as people can not afford to travel. You will see more and more tournaments in small halls. Yet what is the government doing about it? Nothing. Remember every time the price of fuel goes up the government get more Tax so why do they not say the tax on fuel when we came into power was X and that is the maximum tax we will take that at least take some of the pressure of us. I doubt if that will because most of those in Parliament do not struggle for money, they will drive by us all as we walk. Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and New Labour has a lot to answer for but should they worry they have become Millionaires due to being in charge of an inept government

Geert Wilder say Prophet Mohammed was a Barbarian

I was sent the following article via email. It is a very interesting read but not to sure it helps anyone, would be interested to find out if what he says is true or just taken out of context

Geert Wilder's speech to the Dutch Parliament

Madam Speaker, allow me, first, to express my sincere thanks to you personally for having planned a debate on Islam on the very day of my birthday. I could not have wished for a nicer present! Madam Speaker, approximately 1400 years ago war was declared on us by an ideology of hate and violence which arose at the time and was proclaimed by a barbarian who called himself the Prophet Mohammed. I am referring to Islam.

Madam Speaker, let me start with the foundation of the Islamic faith, the Koran. The Koran's core theme is about the duty of all Muslims to fight non-Muslims; an Islamic Mein Kampf, in which fight means war, jihad. The Koran is above all a book of war "“ a call to butcher non-Muslims (2:191, 3:141, 4:91, 5:3), to roast them (4:56, 69:30-69:32), and to cause bloodbaths amongst them (47:4). Jews are compared to monkeys and pigs (2:65, 5:60, 7:166), while people who believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God must according to the Koran be fought (9:30).

Madam Speaker, the West has no problems with Jews or Christians, but it does have problems with Islam. It is still possible, even today, for Muslims to view the Koran, which they regard as valid for all time, as a licence to kill. And that is exactly what happens. The Koran is worded in such a way that its instructions are addressed to Muslims for eternity, which includes today's Muslims. This in contrast to texts in the Bible, which is formulated as a number of historical narratives, placing events in a distant past. Let us remind ourselves that it was Muslims, not Jews or Christians, who committed the catastrophic terrorist attacks in New York, Madrid and London; and that it was no coincidence that Theo van Gogh was brutally murdered by a Muslim, Mohammed Bouyeri.

Madam Speaker, I acknowledge that there are people who call themselves Muslims and who respect our laws. My party, the Freedom Party, has nothing against such people, of course. However, the Koran does have something against them. For it is stated in the Koran in Sura 2, verse 85, that those believers who do not believe in everything the Koran states will be humiliated and receive the severest punishment; which means that they will roast in Hell. In other words, people who call themselves Muslims but who do not believe, for example, in Sura 9, verse 30, which states that Jews and Christians must be fought, or, for example, in Sura 5, verse 38, which states that the hand of a thief must be cut off, such people will be humiliated and roast in Hell. Note that it is not me who is making this up. All this can be found in the Koran. The Koran also states that Muslims who believe in only part of the Koran are in fact apostates, and we know what has to happen to apostates. They have to be killed.

Madam Speaker, the Koran is a book that incites to violence. I remind the House that the distribution of such texts is unlawful according to Article 132 of our Penal Code. In addition, the Koran incites to hatred and calls for murder and mayhem. The distribution of such texts is made punishable by Article 137(e). The Koran is therefore a highly dangerous book; a book which is completely against our legal order and our democratic institutions. In this light, it is an absolute necessity that the Koran be banned for the defence and reinforcement of our civilisation and our constitutional state. I shall propose a second-reading motion to that effect.

Madam Speaker, there is no such thing as "moderate Islam".... As Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan said the other day, and I quote, "There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that's it".... Islam is in pursuit of dominance. It wishes to exact its imperialist agenda by force on a worldwide scale (8:39). This is clear from European history. Fortunately, the first Islamic invasion of Europe was stopped at Poitiers in 732; the second in Vienna in 1683. Madam Speaker, let us ensure that the third Islamic invasion, which is currently in full spate, will be stopped too in spite of its insidious nature and notwithstanding the fact that, in contrast to the 8th and 17th centuries, it has no need for an Islamic army because the scared "dhimmis" in the West, also those in Dutch politics, have left their doors wide open to Islam and Muslims.

Apart from conquest, Madam Speaker, Islam is also bent on installing a totally different form of law and order, namely Sharia law. This makes Islam, apart from a religion for hundreds of millions of Muslims also, and in particular, a political ideology (with political/constitutional/Islamic basic values, etc). Islam is an ideology without any respect for others; not for Christians, not for Jews, not for non-believers and not for apostates. Islam aims to dominate, subject, kill and wage war.

Madam Speaker, the Islamic incursion must be stopped. Islam is the Trojan Horse in Europe. If we do not stop Islamification now, Eurabia and Netherabia will just be a matter of time. One century ago, there were approximately 50 Muslims in the Netherlands. Today, there are about 1 million Muslims in this country. Where will it end? We are heading for the end of European and Dutch civilisation as we know it. Where is our Prime Minister in all this? In reply to my questions in the House he said, without batting an eyelid, that there is no question of our country being Islamified. Now, this reply constituted

a historical error as soon as it was uttered. Very many Dutch citizens, Madam Speaker, experience the presence of Islam around them. And I can report that they have had enough of burkas, headscarves, the ritual slaughter of animals, so-called honour revenge, blaring minarets, female circumcision, hymen restoration operations, abuse of homosexuals, Turkish and Arabic on the buses and trains as well as on town hall leaflets, halal meat at grocery shops and department stores, Sharia exams, the Finance Minister's Sharia mortgages, and the enormous overrepresentation of Muslims in the area of crime, including Moroccan street terrorists.

In spite of all this, Madam Speaker, there is hope. Fortunately. The majority of Dutch citizens have become fully aware of the danger, and regard Islam as a threat to our culture. My party, the Freedom Party, takes those citizens seriously and comes to their defence.

Many Dutch citizens are fed up to the back teeth and yearn for action. However, their representatives in The Hague are doing

precisely nothing. They are held back by fear, political correctness or simply electoral motives. This is particularly clear in the case of PvdA, the Dutch Labour Party, which is afraid of losing Muslim voters. The Prime Minister said in Indonesia the other day that Islam does not pose any danger. Minister Donner believes that Sharia law should be capable of being introduced in the Netherlands if the majority want it. Minister Vogelaar babbles about the future Netherlands as a country with a Judeo-Christian-Islamic tradition, and that she aims to help Islam take root in Dutch society. In saying this, the Minister shows that she has obviously gone stark raving mad. She is betraying Dutch culture and insulting Dutch citizens.

Madam Speaker, my party, the Freedom Party, demands that Minister Vogelaar retract her statement. If the Minister fails to do so, the Freedom Party parliamentary group will withdraw its support for her. No Islamic tradition must ever be established in the Netherlands: not now and also not in a few centuries' time.

Madam Speaker, let me briefly touch on the government's response to the WRR [Netherlands Scientific Council for Government Policy] report. On page 12 of its response, the government states that Islam is not contrary to democracy or human rights. All I can say to that is that things can't get much more idiotic than this.

Madam Speaker, it is a few minutes to twelve. If we go on like this, Islam will herald the end of our Western civilisation as well as Dutch culture.

I would like to round off my first-reading contribution with a personal appeal to the Prime Minister on behalf of a great many Dutch citizens: stop the Islamification of the Netherlands!

Mr Balkenende, a historic task rests on your shoulders. Be courageous. Do what many Dutch citizens are screaming out for. Do what the country needs. Stop all immigration from Muslim countries, ban all building of new mosques, close all Islamic schools, ban burkas and the Koran. Expel all criminal Muslims from the country, including those Moroccan street terrorists that drive people mad. Accept your responsibility! Stop Islamification!

A message from USA

Check this message. I would like to follow up and to see if he was successful. Wouldn't it be nice if all Principals and Superintendents had the gonads to create the same philosophy in their schools and colleges, as well as our politicians.

A Redding, CALIFORNIA PRINCIPAL'S OPENING MESSAGE TO STUDENTS

Dennis Prager, a principal at a high school in Redding, California, on the first day of classes in 2010:

To the students and faculty of our high school:

I am your new principal, and honored to be so. There is no greater calling than to teach young people.

I would like to apprise you of some important changes coming to our school. I am making these changes because I am convinced that most of the ideas that have dominated public education in America have worked against you, against your teachers, and against our country.

First, this school will no longer honor race or ethnicity. I could not care less if your racial makeup is black, brown, red, yellow, or white. I could not care less if your origins are African, Latin American, Asian, or European, or if your ancestors arrived here on the Mayflower or on slave ships.

The only identity I care about, the only one this school will recognize, is your individual identity -- your character, your scholarship, your humanity. And the only national identity this school will care about is American. This is an American public school, and American public schools were created to make better Americans.

If you wish to affirm an ethnic, racial, or religious identity through school, you will have to go elsewhere. We will end all ethnicity-, race-and non-American-nationality-based celebrations. They undermine the motto of America , one of its three central values -- E Pluribus Unum --"from many, one." And this school will be guided by America 's values.

That includes all after-school clubs. I will not authorize clubs that divide students based on any identities. This includes race, language, religion, sexual orientation, or whatever else may become in vogue in a society divided by political correctness.

Your clubs will be based on interests and passions -- not blood, ethnic, racial or other physically defined ties. Those clubs just cultivate narcissism -- an unhealthy preoccupation with the self -- while the purpose of education is to get you to think beyond yourself. So we will have clubs that transport you to the wonders and glories of art, music, astronomy, languages you do not already speak, carpentry, and more. If the only extracurricular activities you can imagine being nterested in are those based on ethnic or racial or sexual identity, that means that little outside of yourself really interests you.

Second, I am not interested in whether English is your native language. My only interest in terms of language is that you leave this school speaking and writing English as fluently as possible. The English language has united America 's citizens for more than 200 years, and it will unite us at this school. It is one of the indispensable reasons this country of immigrants has always come to be one country. And if you leave this school without excellent English-language skills, I will have been remiss in my duty to ensure that you are prepared to compete successfully in the American job market. We will learn other languages here -- it is deplorable that most Americans only speak English. But if you want classes taught in your native language rather than in English, this is not your school.

Third, because I regard learning as a sacred endeavor, everything in this school will reflect learning's elevated status. This means, among other things, that you and your teachers will dress accordingly. Many people in our society dress more formally for a meal at a nice restaurant than they do for church or school. These people have their priorities backwards. Therefore, there will be a formal dress code at this school.

Fourth, no obscene language will be tolerated anywhere on this school's property -- whether in class, in the hallways or at athletic events. If you can't speak without using the "F-word," you can't speak. By obscene language I mean the words banned by the Federal Communications Commission plus epithets such as the "N-word," even when used by one black student to address another, or "bitch," even when addressed by a girl to a girlfriend. It is my intent that by the time you leave this school, you will be among the few of your age to distinguish instinctively between the elevated and the degraded, the holy and the obscene.

Fifth, we will end all self-esteem programs. In this school self-esteem will be attained in only one way -- the way people attained it until the state of California decided otherwise a generation ago -- by earning it. One immediate consequence is that there will be one valedictorian, not eight.

Sixth, and last, I am reorienting the school toward academics and away from politics and propaganda. No more time will be devoted to scaring you about smoking and caffeine, or terrifying you about sexual harassment or global warming. No more semesters will be devoted to condom-wearing and teaching you to regard sexual relations as only or primarily a health issue. There will be no more attempts to convince you that you are a victim because you are not white, or not male, or not heterosexual, or not Christian. We will have failed if any one of you graduates from this school and does not consider him or herself inordinately lucky -- to be alive and to be an American.

Now, please stand and join me in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of our country. As many of you do not know the words, your teachers will hand them out to you.

A couple of Jokes from John Elmer

A tough looking biker was riding his Harley when he sees a girl about to jump off a bridge so he stops.

"What are you doing?" he asks.

"I'm going to commit a suicide," she says.

While he did not want to appear insensitive, he didn't want to miss an opportunity he asked

"Well, before you jump, why don't you give me a Kiss?"

So, she does.

After she's finished, the biker says, "Wow! That was the best Kiss I have ever had. That's a real talent you

are wasting. You could be famous. Why are you committing suicide?"

"My parents don't like me dressing up like a girl......"

A new Army Captain was assigned to an outfit in a remote post in the

Afghan Desert . During his first inspection of the outfit, he noticed a

camel hitched up behind the mess tent.

He asked the Sergeant why the camel was kept there. The nervous sergeant

said, 'Sir, as you know, there are 250 men here on the post and no women.

Sometimes the men have urges.

That's why we have Molly The Camel.'

The Captain said, 'I can't say that I condone this, but I can understand

about the 'urges', so the camel can stay.'

About a month later, the Captain starts having his own 'urges'. Crazed With

passion, he asked the Sergeant to bring the camel to his tent. Putting a

ladder behind the camel, the Captain stands on the ladder, pulls his pants

down and has wild and insane sex with the camel. When he's done, he asked

the Sergeant, 'Is that how the men do it?'

'No sir. They usually just ride the camel into town. That's where the girls

are.'

Gordon Henderson MP on Prison Votes

Thank you Mr Speaker.

I have three prisons in my constituency, with a total prisoner population of about two thousand seven hundred.

But having in my patch one of the largest prison populations in the country is not my reason for opposing votes for prisoners.

If prisoners in the Sheppey Cluster were ever given the vote I wouldn’t worry on a personal level, because, based on the Government’s current proposal, those prisoners would have to register at their home address and would therefore not be able to influence my local vote.

No, my reason for supporting this motion is because I think it is quite unacceptable that unelected European judges think that they can tell elected members of this British Parliament, how we should treat British criminals who break British laws.

In my view we have been dictated to by Europe for far too long, and for far too long members of successive parliaments have let them get away with it.

Well, Mr Speaker, I think enough is enough.

It is time for the current Parliament to make a stand.

Let’s say loud and clear: Determination of voting rights for prisoners is our line in the sand and you cross it at your peril.

And I truly believe that on this issue, at least, we members of parliament are in tune with the General Public.

I am sure that the vast majority of people in Britain find quite unpalatable the very idea that we should allow to vote in local and national elections prisoners convicted of such serious crimes as murder, rape and acts of paedophilia.

I am sure the thought sickens them as much as it sickens me.

Such prisoners are incarcerated in secure prisons because they are considered a danger to the public.

They are imprisoned as punishment for their crimes and that punishment should not only include the loss of freedom, but the loss of many privileges enjoyed by law abiding citizens.

One such privilege is the ability to vote in local and national elections.

I very much hope that honourable and right honourable members on both sides of the House will vote for this motion in large numbers.

Doing so would make very clear to the European Court of Human Rights that if a British citizen commits a crime serious enough to warrant incarceration in a secure prison, then that person will lose not only his or her freedom, but they will lose also the privilege of voting in elections during their incarceration in that secure prison.

I will certainly be voting for the motion.

However, despite my own passionate opposition to votes for prisoners, I do recognise the difficulty faced by the Government.

I think it is clear that ministers do not want to give a vote to prisoners, but feel obliged, no doubt under pressure from law officers, to abide by the European Court of Human Rights ruling.

Mr Speaker, I want to try and help ministers out of their dilemma.

I believe there is a way for the Government to fulfil both its obligations under European law, but also its duty to the British People.

And it can do so without giving the vote to offenders who have committed some of the most heinous crimes imaginable and are being held in secure prisons.

Let us consider what we hope to achieve when we put people in prison, the first I have mentioned, which is to punish that person for the crime they have committed.

The second is to rehabilitate that person to minimise the risk of them re-offending and having to be locked up yet again.

Now, although I am totally opposed to prisoners being allowed to vote whilst they are incarcerated in a secure prison, I do think there is an argument for allowing them to vote once they are transferred to an open prison as part of their release back into society.

So, if ministers want a way out, could I suggest that they accept today’s motion as a starting point, but in addition to the categories for whom a vote would be allowed, which are set out in the motion, that they add the category of: “All prisoners who are incarcerated in an open prison, including those transferred from a secure prison as part of their release programme.”

Such a proposal would have a number of advantages, including:-

• It would obey the European Court ruling by giving a vote to the majority of prisoners at some stage of their sentence;

• It would allow a vote to those convicted of relatively minor offences and sent to open prisons;

• It would counter the arguments of those people who claim that providing the vote to prisoners encourages them to become a useful member of society;

• It would deny a vote to those convicted of the most heinous crimes until such time as they had served most of their sentence and were about to be released back into the community, at which time they would be able to vote anyway.

I don’t want to give prisoners the vote, but if ministers feel they are forced to do so then, I think this would be a reasonable compromise.
